The sound of small birds could be heard faintly from outside, giving the morning a peaceful atmosphere. Enne opened his eyes slowly, his eyelids feeling heavy. She tried to recognize her surroundings, but the room she was in was completely unfamiliar. The warm wooden walls with a small window in the corner gave a cozy feel, but also made him feel wary.

Her body felt weak, and she realized there was an herbal scent enveloping this room. She tried to move, but her body seemed to refuse the command. Lynx, his wolf, still felt weak, though a little more alive than before.

Enne's mind instantly recalled the battle she had witnessed last time-two giant wolves fighting in the middle of the snow. That white wolf... Altair. He was sure of it. Then the black wolf, Andhara. Why did she always get stuck in situations like this?

Enne sighed softly, regretting his lack of caution. If only she had listened to Altair and not been so stubborn...

"Altair will definitely be angry," she muttered softly.

The Stella-led pack was still wrapped in the quiet of the morning when Altair and Devota spoke in the small meeting room. The soft scent of firewood wafted through the air, but the tension between them was more pronounced than the calm atmosphere outside. Stella had left to oversee the departure preparations, while Devota began her report with a serious face."The village is recovering," Devota said, opening the conversation. Her voice was calm but there was an urgent tone behind it. "The damage from the last attack has been repaired, and the warriors you assigned have maintained security well. But..."Altair raised an eyebrow, gesturing for Devota to continue."But this can't last," Devota admitted. "They need you there, Alpha. Your presence is important to maintain morale. The pack members are starting to get restless."Altair leaned back in his chair, his eyes narrowing. "What's making them uneasy?"Devota let out a long breath, then looked directly into Altair's eyes. "Rumors abou

In the depths of a rocky mountain, far from the reach of humans and wolves alike, an old woman sat cross-legged in the silence of the cave. Only the sound of water dripping from the stalactites broke the silence. Lyra, with her long silver hair hanging down, closed her eyes while letting her mind merge with the surrounding nature. Her calm aura enveloped the cave, creating a sacred atmosphere.Suddenly, from the opening of the cave, a white eagle darted in quickly. It soared down and stopped right in front of Lyra, its talons gripping the scroll sealed with Altair's mark.Lyra opened her eyes slowly, as if she already knew what was coming. Gently, she reached out and took the scroll. Her sharp eyes stared at the letter for a while before taking a deep breath."Altair..." she murmured softly, as if reading the name on the wax seal. However, she did not open it. Instead, Lyra simply grasped the letter and returned her gaze to the darkness of the cave. Whatever the letter contained, the

The night sky was filled with thick clouds that obscured the moonlight, creating a dark atmosphere over the Altair pack territory. Snow fell slowly, wrapping the ground in a cold white layer. Although the night seemed quiet, the air around the pack was filled with a palpable tension.Altair stood tall in the center of the main field, his body enveloped in a powerful Alpha aura. In front of him, the warriors were ready with weapons in hand and spirits high. Their eyes looked confident, even though they knew great danger was approaching."Alpha," Devota's voice broke the silence, "They are approaching from the north. We count them much more numerous than the previous attack."Altair nodded slowly, his gaze fixed on the dark forest. "Maintain the front line. Don't let them pass through the gate. I will lead from the front."Devota saluted, then moved quickly to give orders to the warriors.Meanwhile, inside the healer's house, Enne sat restlessly on his bed. His body still felt weak, but

  • IM THE LUNA   Chapter 37. The Forgotten Name

Morning greeted Pack Altair with an astonishing silence. After the brutal attack the night before, the warriors and other pack members were busy tending to their wounds. Healers and omegas were hard at work, making sure all the wounded received adequate care. However, amidst the hustle and bustle, two figures stood tall without needing assistance-Altair and Stella. As Alphas, both possessed extraordinary regeneration abilities that allowed their wounds to heal in a matter of hours. But there was no time for relief. Altair's mind was still filled with questions about the rogue attack and the motives behind it.On the other hand, Enne sat on the terrace of the healer's house. His face was pale, but his mind was in turmoil. She knew that what she was about to tell Altair could change everything. With Lynx slowly recovering, Enne felt a greater responsibility to tell what she knew.***Altair found Enne a short while later. He approached the girl with steady steps, Stella was behind him,

Altair stood on the sill of the large window of his room, looking out over the forest covered in morning mist. His mind was still dwelling on one name: Dawn. That name carried not only memories, but also wounds that had yet to fully heal. After hearing Enne's confession the night before, her heart was filled with feelings that were difficult to express."How did Andhara know that name?" muttered Altair softly, almost inaudibly. The door to the room opened slowly. Stella stepped in with a serious expression, unlike usual. The girl always seemed to relax or even tease Altair with her little taunts, but this time she was just as agitated."You're not asleep yet, Altair?" asked Stella, her voice soft yet firm.Altair shook his head. "It's hard to sleep after hearing that name. Dawn..."Stella pulled out a wooden chair near Altair's desk and sat down. She looked at Altair intently before finally saying, "We need to talk seriously about this. I can't stop thinking about it since last night

When everything seemed to be calming down, the emergency bell suddenly rang. Altair and Stella ran straight to the main courtyard, where the warriors had gathered."What's wrong?" asked Altair in a loud voice. One of the warriors replied, "We found a trail of rogues near the border! The numbers are small, but they're moving fast."Altair clenched his fist. "Prepare the team. We can't let them go any further."Stella interjected, "I'll come with you."Altair nodded, and the two of them immediately led the warriors towards the border.Upon arriving there, they found five rogues lurking. Altair instantly transformed into his great white wolf, leading the charge without hesitation. Stella followed behind him, making sure none of the enemies escaped. The battle was short but intense. The rogues seemed well-trained, but Altair and Stella's power as Alphas was too much to resist. When it was all over, Altair stood in the center of the battlefield, his body riddled with minor wounds that soon

The sky was beginning to turn golden when Lyra arrived at the courtyard of Altair's pack. Her steps were soft, but every movement exuded an authority that made everyone around fall silent. The pack members who happened to be on the move stopped for a moment, paying their respects to the old woman. However, Lyra's attention was only on one thing: her granddaughter, Enne.Enne, who was sitting on the veranda with Stella, immediately got up upon seeing the figure she missed so much. Her eyes widened, her breath caught, and without thinking, she ran to Lyra."Grandma!" she exclaimed in a voice full of emotion.Lyra smiled gently, opening her arms to welcome Enne's embrace. When her grandson's tiny body landed in her arms, Lyra stroked Enne's hair with deep affection."I'm back, my dear," Lyra said, her voice full of warmth.Enne hugged her tightly, as if he didn't want to let go. The morning sun had just revealed itself, illuminating the forest that seemed to have just awakened from the darkness of the night. Dew still hung on the leaves, reflecting the sunlight in golden colors. In one corner of the pack, Altair was standing by a small stream, his eyes fixed on the frozen water. He seemed lost in thought, thinking about something that was difficult to put into words. Feelings of guilt and doubt were slowly eating away at him, especially after all the events involving the man named Andhara and the past that came back to haunt him.Soft steps could be heard approaching him. Without turning his head, Altair knew who was coming."Altair," Enne's soft voice broke the silence.Altair turned his head slowly, his gaze soft but thoughtful. "Are you awake?"Enne nodded, then stood beside him. He looked at the same object, but his mind drifted elsewhere. As they walked towards the dining room, Enne couldn't shake off her uneasiness. Not only because Stella would definitely tease her again to no end, but also because of the strange feeling that had been lingering in her mind since this morning. Lynx briefly called out her name, but then went silent again. He glanced at Altair, who was walking leisurely beside him. The man looked as he always did-cold, calm, and in control. But there was something in the way he held her hand that felt different. Tighter, as if to ensure that he was there.Once they arrived at the dining room, Stella was waiting with a meaningful expression."Good morning, new couple," Stella greeted in a teasing tone.Enne immediately felt his face heat up, while Altair only gave a small snort before sitting down in his chair.Stella chuckled, her eyes twinkling with satisfaction. "Why is your face red, Enne? Ah, aren't you still tired from last night's practice?"Enne almost choked on the water she had just drunk. "Ste

That morning, the sun filtered in through the gap in the curtains, illuminating the room with a soft golden light. The morning air was still cool, even though winter had already passed. Enne sat on the side of the bed, his fingers playing with the ends of the thin scarf wrapped around his neck. It was not his habit to wear a scarf indoors, but this time he felt he needed it.Meanwhile, Altair was still lying on the bed, one arm bent behind his head, his eyes watching Enne with his usual relaxed expression. He could feel the subtle tension from the girl, especially after the night they had spent together. Altair did not regret it-not in the slightest. In fact, this was something that should have happened a long time ago. However, before they could talk further, the door to the room opened without warning."Good morning, new couple!" Stella appeared with leisurely steps, a meaningful smile etched on her face. "How did you sleep last night? Good?"Enne was shocked to death and almost jum

  • IM THE LUNA   Chapter 62. Advanced Training

The training between Enne and Altair that was originally meant to be a simple training session slowly turned into something more than just physical exercise. The quiet night, lit by the faint moonlight, created an intimate atmosphere between them. Their breathing was ragged, not just from exhaustion, but from the tension that was slowly building between them.As Enne tried to launch her final attack, Altair easily dodged and caught her wrist. With one swift movement, Enne lost his balance, and in an instant he was in Altair's arms. Her heart was beating fast as their gazes met. Altair's dark eyes were filled with something Enne had never seen before-unrestrained desire."You did well," Altair murmured, his voice deep and filled with pent-up emotion.Enne was speechless. The air between them was heavy with something unspoken. Altair's hand that was still grasping her wrist slowly moved to her face, gently caressing her cheek. Enne held her breath, feeling the warmth from his touch."Al

  • IM THE LUNA   Chapter 61. Telling the Truth

That night, the sky above Pack Altair was covered with glittering stars. The night breeze blew gently, caressing the leaves and carrying the distinctive scent of damp forest soil. Inside his quarters, Enne sat on the edge of the bed, fiddling with his fingers restlessly. It had been several days since his secret training with Stella and until now, he still hadn't found the courage to speak to Altair."You must persuade him, Enne. If anyone can do it, it's you." Stella's words were still ringing in her head.Enne sighed heavily. It was not an easy thing to do. Not because she didn't want to be honest, but because every time she tried to open her mouth, her tongue felt numb. Altair, with his cold calm demeanor, always managed to make her lose her nerve at the last moment. But that didn't mean she gave up.Throughout the day, Enne tried to find the right time. Several times, he found himself face to face with Altair, but when the man's piercing gaze traced his face, his guts shrank. Ever

Devota stood tall before Altair, his eyes radiating seriousness as he delivered his report."Before I saw firsthand, Alpha Stella asked me to vacate the training area. I thought it was just normal training, but after I checked... I saw Stella was training with Luna Etienne."Altair did not respond immediately. His sharp eyes scrutinized Devota for a moment, before he finally leaned back in his chair, his fingers interlaced on the sturdy wooden table. To be honest, he was surprised-not because Stella was training Enne, but because Enne chose to hide this from him."She did it behind my back..." Altair muttered more to himself.Devota watched her leader's expression intently, trying to understand his reaction. She had expected Altair to be angry or at least annoyed that Luna was training without his knowledge. But the opposite was true-Altair was only surprised, not angry. He seemed more worried than upset."You're not angry?" Devota asked finally.Altair shook his head slowly. "I don't

Enne bit her lip, holding her breath as Stella attacked her again. He tried to defend himself, but as time went on, his reflexes slowed down. Her legs began to feel heavy, her body began to lose balance.Stella quickly seized the opening. Within seconds, she launched a flurry of attacks-punches, kicks, deadly moves that Enne could usually avoid. But this time, Enne was overwhelmed. Her feet stumbled as she tried to dodge, and before she could balance herself, Stella had already grabbed her arm and pushed her to the ground. Enne fell with a thud, her breath coming in gasps."You're starting to slow down," Stella commented, giving her a sharp look.Enne growled, trying to get up, but her whole body felt heavy. She looked at Stella in frustration. "I... I don't know why."Stella watched him intently, her brow furrowed. Since the beginning of the practice, she had felt that something was off with Enne. His initial movements were quite good, but over time, he grew slower and seemed unfocus

Enne sat on the balcony of his residence, staring into the distance with a blank expression. The sun was about to set, leaving a beautiful orange tinge in the sky. However, his mind could not enjoy that beauty at all.It had been more than a week since the incident at her wedding-since Andhara had kidnapped her.Or rather, someone who looked like Andhara.Ever since then, something had been wrong. Something that bothered her so much that she had trouble sleeping.Lynx was still asleep.Enne had tried to talk to her wolf. He had closed his eyes many times, focusing, hoping to hear Lynx's distinctive voice that was usually sharp and sarcastic. But, there was no answer.Normally, Lynx wouldn't stay silent if Enne felt uneasy. But now, the silence she felt was even more frightening.'What exactly is happening to me?'Her hands clenched into fists on her thighs. Ever since that incident, she tried to live her days normally. As if nothing had happened. However, the empty feeling inside her

"You've done your job well, Devota," Altair said finally. "But from now on, I will handle this myself."The next day, Altair called a surprise meeting with all the pack members. No one knew what would be discussed, but once they saw the cold look in their leader's eyes, no one dared to underestimate the urgency.Enne, who was standing beside Altair, felt confused by this situation. However, he did not say anything, just waited like the other members. When everyone had gathered, Altair stepped forward."I want to discuss something I shouldn't have to," his voice sounded heavy, each word containing power. "Our Luna has been accepted in a legitimate ceremony, and that means she is one of us. However, I hear there are those who still question her position."Silence fell over the place."I don't care who you are or where you come from, but one thing you must understand-no one in this pack has the right to challenge my decision." Altair's eyes swept the crowd with his piercing gaze. "Enne i

Enne began to understand that being Luna wasn't just about being Altair's mate or standing by his side as he led. It was about how she was accepted by the rest of the pack, how she proved herself not only as Alpha's mate, but also as a leader they could respect. However, not everyone welcomed him with open arms.Ever since the inauguration ceremony, there were some pack members who seemed to keep their distance from her. Enne was aware of the doubtful looks that were thrown his way, the subtle whispers that often stopped as he approached. One morning, as she walked through the village center with Lyra, they passed a group of pack members talking. As Enne and Lyra passed by, their conversation suddenly stopped. Some of them seemed to bow their heads, while others looked at him with expressions that were difficult to interpret."Looks like someone still has doubts about you," Lyra whispered after they moved away.Enne sighed. "I know. But I don't know how to change that."Lyra smiled fa
