68. Enemies

Lona's POV

In one day, our car had to suddenly stop twice, making me feel very insecure.

There were many questions in my head. Would something bad happen? Did we ever encounter an enemy?

I quickly looked behind me to see if anyone was following to protect us. Normally, whenever I went out with Alpha King, there was a team of warriors to follow. But this time I was in a hurry so I didn't notice if they came with me this time or not.

I looked behind and saw no one. In fact, this action of mine was useless, even if they followed me, in order to avoid being noticed by others, they would not show up, only when I was in danger would they appear to protect me.
