Millie's eyelashes gently brushed against Pierce's palm.

"Don't look."

"Is she… dead?"

Millie's voice trembled as she spoke, and her whole body stiffened.

It was quite traumatic for her to see a dead person right before her eyes.

"Walk ahead and don't look back."

Pierce only wanted to take Millie back.

He looked so fierce that his expression could frighten Millie to tears.
