Kaine’s pov

We went past mountains and plains as we journeyed to a new land. I, Darren and Lucas are in search of Annie, Zack’s wife. Lucas had confirmed that she is alive and that he knows where to find her. He was very assuring.

Though other leads concluded that she is dead, I had refused to believe that story. The story Zack had told us in the past, though we believed it, was very shady.
