Two hours passed, the doctors had taken her to the ICU and since then I hadn’t heard anything from them and this was killing me. I was all alone, there was no one to say comforting words to me. I hadn’t told her grandparents yet because they might not handle the shock. Travis was under tight security, Miss Kim was with him.

I closed my eyes and all the moments we spent together danced like a livid picture. I fell harder than before for her and realised I might not be able to live if something happened to her.

“God, please save her.” I prayed in a low murmur.

“Sir, please take a seat. You haven’t rested.” My P.A. advised me.

“I am fine.” I denied, how could I find rest when my wife was fighting for her life.

“At least, have some coffee or you’ll fall sick yourself.” He insisted but I had no wish except to see my wife awake.
