Mavis saves Denise from the pool

[ Mavis's POV ]

After Denise entered her room, I went straight to my room, not bothering her. I took a quick shower and sat on the bed after putting on some light white pajamas.

I opened my laptop, and engaged in a video call with Ethan. We were talking about business and my business trip to Paris.

"When will the business meeting be scheduled?" I asked him.

"Two months from now, you will be meeting with other CEOs too"

"Alright. Two months is a long way from now, so gradually prepare for my trip, and don't over-stress yourself," I said.

" I will boss. What about Denise?" Ethan asked.

I don't know why he was asking about Denise, but I gave an answer to his question, telling him that Denise was fine.

I and Ethan talked about the company's growth for a while, and when we were done, I went downstairs.
