Chapter 13

Chris Melberg: I woke up early in the morning. I felt tired because of the transformation. Maybe Nick tried to hold the transformation and fell ill. I took breakfast, sitting on the table alone made me realize how lonely and depressed I was. I was feeling completely helpless like all the things in my life were turning against me. Emma already had a mate that died. Nick was getting stronger day by day because of that girl Ashley.

I was afraid that I might disappear somewhere in Nick and become a part of him. After my last meeting with Emma, I was stressed out. She cried on my shoulder for her dead mate while I was trying to hold the ocean of my love for her in my eyes.

I got up from the table and went to my psychiatrist. She gave me some new pills but this time, I didn't tell her about my pain. I just took medicine for stress. I was on my way home and Emma called me. I quickly picked up the phone," Hy, how are you?". She asked me in a normal way.
