Chapter 6 - Breakdown

Aaron point of view: 

My whole family stood there in shock so does she.. Her gaze was only on my parents.. She visibly gulped.. "Lia you okay?" Chris asked her while she nodded in daze.. "I am good.." when her gaze fell on me and Natasha her whole demeanour change for a second I saw a hurt but she quickly masked it.. "Princess this is.." John started but she raised her right hands to stop him.. "I knew them before and if you want to know why I worked in their company.." she said with a gritted teeth..  So this is what she meant 5 years back.. 

"That's nice to hear.." John said.. "How are you doing?" she asked my parents in a monotone.. "I am doing good how are you dear?" My dad said she was about to reply when Chris speak.. "He has a major heart problem.." he said to her while she looked at him with full shock evident on her face... "Who is the doctor?" despite the shock she still uses the monotone... "I am treating him.." Chris told while she nodded her head.. She turn around and looked into his eyes "I don't know what you will do but he must get recover soon.." she told him to which he smiled at her and nodded his head.. 

"How are you doing Jeni oops sorry Lia?" Natasha asked.. while she glared at her.. "Never been so great.." she looked at me while she was saying that...  "Lia join for the breakfast.." John said to which she shook her head in no.. "Where is nic?" she asked searching .. "Lia here.." Nic the one whom I saw in the airport came here with a file on his hands to which she smiled.. she took the file from his hands with a charming smile and playfully glared at Chris.. "I will join you all in a bit.." with that she left the place while I was in shock after seeing what just happened.. 

Lia Point of view : (From now on Jeniffer won't be used)

I came to my room and sat on the bed.. Trying to calm myself down... The moment I saw him was the worst.. Tears were falling from my eyes... Why God!! My life was going on the perfect track why do you need to ruin it again by making me see him after all those 5 years of pain... years may pass but the pain will never fade away.... I sobbed silently my hands are clutching my hair.. "Why do I need to go through this shit again? What mistake I did for all the miseries in my life?" I clutched my hair even more tighter... After few minutes of breakdown.. I looked myself in the mirror.. Yep definetly looks like a shit... I went to the rest room and washed my face and looked in the mirror again. "No matter what happens stay strong for yourself.." I applied lipbalm after pep talk and hopped downstairs to see everyone having breakfast.. Luckily Chris is here.. I sat beside him ignoring his looks .. I grabbed a bread and applied some butter when Chris passed me the Orange Juice for me..  I smiled "Thank you.." I said to which he shrugged we all ate in silence when my phone Rang.. I took my phone from the pockets and was happy to see who was calling a smile automatically blooms on my face.. I attended the phone call and put my phone on my ears with a wide grin.. "Hey my boo bo how are you doing?" I asked my 6 year old son Rick who have went a vacation with his grandparents.. 

"Hi ma.." he said making my smile even go bigger.. "How are you doing?" He asked me.. "I am perfectly fine my baby how is your vacation? Are you giving any trouble there Mister?" I asked to which Chris raised a eyebrow asking me who is that.. I mouthed Rick to which he had a hugee grin appeared on his face.. "I am good and no i am not giving any trouble to grandpa and grandma.." He said before I can speak the phone was snatched away by Chris... I slightly fell on his shoulder because of that.. "Hey Champ how is trip?" he asked while I rolled my eyes... they both are talking while I was just eating my food when he passed me the phone.. "He said he will talk you later.." Chris said while I narrowed my eyes at him.. "Leave the poor guy Lia.." Uncle said beside me while I rolled my eyes.. "You always take his side only Uncle.." I said in my annoyed tone to which he chuckled.. "So Lia what are you doing now dear?" Aunty Claire asked me I cleared my throat and answered her.. "I am Right now taking care of business Aunty.. " I said sending a small smile ... "We never knew we would be meeting like this..." Uncle commented while i smiled.. "I did told you the next time You see me I won't be jennifer Uncle hope you remember that?" I asked him in my fun tone which he chuckled and nodded his head.. "What do you mean by that?" John Uncle asked ... Not the best time to tell divorce.. "I do know them for quite long time Uncle so when I was leaving chicago I met them and then only left.." Uncle John nodded while I looked at Mike and Claire shooking my head lightly warning them not to tell or talk about the divorce they quickly grapsed it and sent me a smile with a nod which I am so thankful of... 

"So Lily.. are you married or have you get any boyfriends?" Natasha Asked me while My gaze fell on Aaron...
