Once it was over Mane slumped to the ground in exhaustion. Though his part seemed the simpler between himself and Odin, he was still facing someone much more powerful than he was. The suppression alone took most of his strength to overcome. And that last strike had been performed with every bit of soul strength he could muster. Odin’s figure appeared next to Mane’s like a specter. The God King of Asgard watched his descendant with a gaze that spoke of his impression of the boy – he was proud. The little he had seen was good enough.
“It isn’t over, is it?” Mane asked tiredly.
“No,” Odin replied. “You will have a real fight on your hands when you get back.” The God King of Asgard advised.
“Yay” Mane mocked himself with a wry smile on his face.
“You have elements of both your parents in you.” Odin commented as he moved closer to Mane.

In an underground lab several yards away from Amalgamation, a handsome young man was confined in a glass tube. The transparent surface exposed the contents of the tube and revealed the viscous fluid shrouding the young man. This young man was Mane. And the fluid surrounding him was a special herb extract that could accommodate Edict. And that was why Mane was still alive without any sustenance or air.Next to the tube was a bed of straw. The bed was common yet uncommon. For though it as only made of straw, a strange cord connected it to a large battery. In this battery was stored the purest form of Edict; this was what maintained the figure on the bed. For upon this bed lay the unconscious figure of Ancestor Origin. The old man slept peacefully, furrowing his brows from time to time. Suddenly the peace he was experiencing was lost to the wind as his slumbering figure shook unstably upon the bed. Along with a loud trumpet sound that announced the presence of another who had comprehended the laws of Space, Mane’s body was greeted by the light of the space elements. The ash of space blended with the grey of time and the black of Takeover to create a multicolored halo of darkness around the young Supreme. Mane’s eyes flashed with the brilliance of a man filled with understanding as he pushed himself forward. His hands went before him, clutching at the wind as he made a tearing movement and caused space to bend to his intent.Shuttling Through Space was one of the two Breaths Mane had unlocked after greedily swallowing the laws of the Origin King. Even with Devour, eating up high level laws were almost impossible since the skill wasn’t ranked higher than Space or Time Laws. Once Mane activated Elemental Telekinesis, he turned off Basileus since he couldn’t handle so many Glows and Breaths at a go. The winds howled like starving wolves as they tossed broken tree stems and pushed soil aside. Mane flames burned even brighter and his control over them grew stronger. The most apparent change of all though, was the weather.The bright skies grew shy, covering their fair necks with blankets of dark clouds that hid their blush – its suitor the streams of lightning that gathered under her lax watch. The clouds danced with each other, giving out thunderous groans of pleasure as they swiveled and turned and displayed their vast array of exquisite footwork. Mane lost his footing but was able to salvage a kneel and prevent his fall. That didn’t take away from his current predicament however. For he was still battling with his own flesh that had robbed him; he was still battling his vulnerability.“Come on!” Mane screamed at himself, trying to regain his strength. He had never thought that Elemental Telekinesis was this taxing. The description of the skill hadn’t included any such repercussions. For if it had, Mane wouldn’t have used it in such a battle. And while it was careless of the young Supreme to use a power he had never used before against an opponent unlike the likes of those he had ever faced before, one couldn’t fault him for believing that this power had the strength to change the tide of the battle without a great cost. And though he had been weakened greatly, his power should have been more than enough to hold down Mane’s power and still come to his aid. After all, though he sensed a powerful Wielding Manual from Mane’s spirit, the boy wasn’t strong enough to go against him. And in another, I lost my mind. Then came the final one, where I lost my heart.” As Cronos spoke his features that had been hidden all this while were exposed to Mane. And when the young Supreme lifted his head upon sensing the changes around him, he was shaken to his core, much like his own Soul Scape. For in front of him wasn’t the perfect image he had sculpted in his mind in the leisurely minutes of the day and the aimless ones of the night.
