My little witch

Zyra rolled onto the other side of the bed with a languid yawn, stretching her arms above her head as she opened her eyes. For a moment, her vision was blurry, and she squinted, trying to adjust to the light filtering through the curtains.

“Oh God, how long did I sleep?” she groaned, rubbing the back of her hand over her eyes to chase away the remnants of sleep. Slowly, her surroundings came into focus. She sat up on the edge of the bed, her hair tousled and wild from a night of restless sleep. She ran her fingers through her disheveled locks, trying to smooth them down as she glanced around the room.

The soft morning light streamed through the window, casting a warm glow over the room’s simple furnishings. Zyra blinked, her confusion growing as she took in the unfamiliar surroundings. “Wait, how did I get here?” she wondered aloud, her voice a mixture of confusion and curiosity. She slid off the bed, her bare feet touching the cool floor as she made her way to the window.
