True to his words, Aleister did arrive faster back to the house. He carefully placed Ruby down on the sofa and told her to wait as he retrieved the first aid kit. He immediately returned and asked her to lift her sleeves so he can treat her wounds but Ruby refused his treatment saying that she can do it herself.
"Stop being stubborn. This is your dominant hand, you can't possibly treat it with ease. Let me do it for you so it will be faster and better if you do it yourself." Aleister reasoned looking at her authoritatively with no intention of backing down.
"I told you I can do it. I've been treating myself for a long time. This is nothing compared to what I've been through before so just let me do it for myself. You don't even have to do anything, it will heal itself in a few moments, a few hours give or take." Ruby replied with equal determination, holding her injured wrist and willing her face to not twist in agony of the pain to prove her point. Her blood continued pouring over her dress while her hand twitched. Her face started paling while it was taking everything in her not to moan in pain and show her suffering to the demon.
"You're such a stubborn woman."
Aleister sighed pushing his hair back.
The demon leaned forward and pushed her back down to the sofa before climbing on top of her. He held her uninjured wrist to prevent her from fighting and lifted up her skirt. Ruby instantly colored bright red at the demon's actions. Aleister pushed his knee against her crotch eliciting a weak moan from her lips while she struggled in vain to release herself from his hold. The sudden shock and blood loss are making her dizzy and black dots started appearing from her vision. She felt his rough hand traveling up her thigh sending shivers up her spine. She saw him lean down expecting him to kiss her lips so to prevent their faces from touching she turned her head away from him. She shivered in disgust when she felt his tongue traveling up her cleavage.
"If you don't let me treat your wound, I'm going to fuck you and let you bleed to death as I cum inside you. So what will it be, master?" he threatened, whispering seductively in her ear-tickling her sensitive nerves with his hot breath.
"F-fine...just get off me!" Ruby replied weakly.
"Ahhh, there's a good girl." Aleister patted her head before pulling away.
Ruby frowned at him with a cold gaze and the demon was suddenly forced to kneel by an unknown power. Aleister tried lifting himself from the ground but found his limbs unable to comply. The demon had a look of disbelief in his face as he was rendered powerless under the witch's control.
"You forgot your place, familiar." the witch said coldly. The sharpness of her tone nearly made him wince.
"Sorry, little witch. I just have to do it to get you to comply." He apologized with a shaking voice. Her power also made it difficult to speak and think coherently, a perfect spell to make a familiar fall completely within her command and abandon any thought of rebellion.
"Fuck you." Ruby seethed. The witch lifted her hand and like a puppet being controlled by invisible strings, Aleister stood up obediently. The demon suddenly found himself removing his clothes. He threw his jacket away and lifted his shirt up presenting his stomach to his mistress.
"Wha-what are you doing?" he asked.
"Just making sure you don't turn back on me during the Blood Moon." Ruby replied and with the blood on her fingers, she started drawing a symbol on his hard-packed stomach.
"This is going to sting a bit." Ruby warned. She pointed her index finger on his face and started drawing a butterfly symbol that burned violet in the air.
"Insania mentis nec vincere. (Madness will not conquer your mind)" The witch chanted, making the symbol burn in the demon's stomach, engraving it into his flesh like a hot brand. Aleister cursed and winced in pain. The butterfly symbol Ruby drew in the air erupted into hundreds of butterflies that fluttered around the demon and formed chains that tightened on his body. The chains of light soon vanished and allowed his body to move on its own accord. His legs collapsed under him making him kneel once more before the witch.
"Is that the Madness Counterspell?" he asked gasping for breath.
"Yes but a more potent one because I used my blood as a catalyst. I descended from a line of Dragons making my blood a very potent ingredient for magic spells. For Manticat I usually use lipstick which doesn't seem to sting one bit, it just seems to tingle. The effectiveness also depends if it's waterproof and or matte with lip balm."
"So you really want it to hurt, huh?" He questioned pulling himself up.
"Yes, but also because you're also not a normal beast I reckon that you need a more potent binding spell. Who knows how blood moon will affect you." Ruby answered plainly. The witch stood up and walked closer to him.
"Don't say that I don't reward favors." Ruby suddenly placed a soft kiss on his forehead. Aleister felt his wounds closing up and healing while his energy returned back to normal like a good rest. He suddenly felt Ruby collapsing upon his chest in lethargy but he luckily caught her body before she could hit the ground.
"I might have overdid myself with the spell." she mumbled weakly, leaning against him.
"Such a stubborn little witch. But thanks anyway for your tender love and care." Aleister lifted her in his arms and gently laid her on the sofa before walking away and retrieving a basin, a towel, and a jug of water. He dabbed the wet towel on her face to remove the dirt and dust that had accumulated on her face due to their sudden encounter. He cleaned her injured wound afterward by pouring water over it and catching the bloody liquid with the basin, making her winch a little due to pain. He carefully dried it with the towel then applied disinfectant on the open wound before meticulously wrapping it in clean bandages, making sure that it was tight enough not to loosen but not too tight to restrict her blood flow.
He was about to leave to allow her to rest and continue with his work however he felt her hand pulling him back by his shirt. He knelt down to the level of her head and gently whispered to her.
"Do you need anything?"
"While you were carrying me back to the house, why did you look so angry?" she asked, astounding him. He paused for a bit debating whether or not he should answer her question or go away and keep it to himself.
"Please don't be mad at Manticat. It's not his fault. Our son just wanted to play. He rarely gets to play with the other children." Ruby said deliriously.
"I'm not angry at Manticat. I was angry at myself. I shouldn't have left you alone in the first place or you wouldn't be in this condition. I knew that the forest was very dangerous but I still let you venture on your own I-I... I'm sorry. I'm a failure as a familiar." he placed his palm over her soft yet cold hand holding his cheek.
"I'm just glad you returned for me. Unlike Rel. Will you promise to never abandon me? I don't think I can handle it if I lose you too as well."
"Yes, of course. I will always stay by your side. I'm still here holding your hand so you don't have to worry about being alone or ever feeling lonely. I'm not like the other men who will leave you behind. Because I need you too." he paused knowing that she won't remember any of his words which is a bit reassuring since he is being out of character but also quite disappointing at the same time. If only this girl knew how much she torments him.
"Thank you so much. I feel like I can rest now. Will you be there when I wake up? And if you leave, you will come back right?" Ruby mumbled before falling asleep, tiredness finally registering in her body and letting her collapse to the comforting darkness of rest. A smile made its way to the demon's lips. He picked up his jacket and placed it over his mistress' sleeping form. He leaned down and placed a gentle kiss upon her forehead.
"I will always come back for you."
Six days had passed since the incident with the wolves and the two were able to finish up most of the preparations for the night of the blood moon. They've set up the traps perfectly and finished raising up the fences. No further hitches had happened ever since that day but even though the two acted normally around each other, it is undeniable that a tension had built up between them. It certainly was not a hostile one but it was the type that makes both of them prevent themselves from pouncing on the other and making love in any given location and condition.
The Nevermore fell on the ground, its wings are broken, its body was riddled by bullets and slashes, crimson blood dripped from its wounds painting the dull grey stone with its vibrant huge. The avian tried lifting its head but a hard boot slammed its face on the ground. Phoebus pointed his gun at the beast and shot it with all six of his bullets. The bird spasmed before going limp and dying. The marksman turned away and looked back at his companions. Adrian and Clermont are doing okay but Firrer lay injured and passed out on
Run...Just keep your head straight and run...Don't look back!
The sky was dark and merciless as it whipped the land with its powerful lighting and roared with the mighty thunder. The rain poured like a barrage of arrows piercing the sinful land as if smiting its corrupted residents while the winds howled brutally making the trees bow and the buildings crumble to their very foundations. The terrible storm spared nothing, not the ants that hide under the earth, nor the bears that slumber in their caves, and certainly not the men who merrily exploited the land. One castle standing remotely
Ruby sat up in her hospital bed looking at the bouquet of roses Rosita, the angelic healer placed on the vase while the said woman listed down something on her clipboard. Geneva was peeling an apple sitting on a chair beside her bed talking to her about something Gallen gave her for their anniversary. The witch pretended to pay attention making a few remarks here and there but is currently too consumed in her own thought to really understand her friend."And so he did this thing we saw from a movie and it was really cute but also annoying cuz he doesn't have originality but it still melted my heart because of all the effort he placed in doing it for me." Geneva babbled while the apple she was peeling nearly lost all the flesh because of the thick peeling she did."Getting inspiration is not a bad thing since you are pretty inspiring." Ruby commented smiling at her weakly. Even though she's been resting for two days, she still feels lethargic and listening to Geneva tal
Geneva returned to the Tower of Merlin, the revered housing compound of exemplary mages. The Tower of Merlin is not really a singular tall tower but is actually a castle with big rooms filled with subspaces folded by magic so you can have a very big space in a single room since mages tend to use large spaces for their spells and stuff. She and her boyfriend, Gallen live there but he was formerly living in Sellsword's Keep, the residential home of assassins, but he left it because Leanna still stays there. The hallways are empty as usually because mages are solitary and usually lock themselves indoors doing magical experiments and whatnot. Geneva walked along the quiet halls, being extremely careful to not set off any magical pranks or traps which some of her housemates leave behind for fun. There was one time when she stepped on a magic symbol that exploded into melted chocolate before puffing out chicken
I am a shadow...A darkness that slays darkness...My bullets shall pierce the hearts of those wretched evil vixens and purge their existence into damnation...I loathe them...I hate them...They deserve to burn in the flames of the 13 circles of Inferno and be slain by my handsI will protect this world by ridding it of their vile existence...So that no one can suffer the same fate that I suffered...No longer will anyone be victimized by their evil magic... No one will become a slave to their deceitful contracts and be robbed of their freedom and everything they own because of these vermin...He will burn them all in stakes and chain their souls down to the path of the damned where Cerberus will gobble them whole...He will purge the world of witches and destroy the evil of their ma
Ruby started rebuilding her home all alone with only the occasional help of her familiar who preferred to slack off saying that his injuries hurt. According to her analysis, her house didn't attain much serious damage. No walls were busted or any major holes on the roof or the drain but the clutter of debris and leftover corpses that weren't eaten by wild monsters are abundant so she dealt with those first. She started by making Manticat dig a 2-feet square shaped ditch in the ground about three and a half meters in length and width before dumping the carcasses and destroyed wood inside the pit before setting them ablaze. To do the job alone would be too much of a strain to her still-healing body so she mind-controlled a few beasts with a song spell she found from a book authored by the witch Snowrella. The spell was a stupid song that enchants beasts to follow your bidding mostly to clean your house and stuff. The Witch Princess also said that she used the spel
"I didn't expect that you would be this weak, Neherra. Where's that spunk you've been boasting off for centuries? It's no wonder that even my young daughter could kill you. It's her fate after all and your destiny is to be killed by her hands that's why you've been trying so hard to kill her. But you know what, witch queen? I'll never let you lay a single hand on my daughter." Cadmus declared in a menacing and authoritative voice as he stood in front of the bowed demon queen. The fierce battle that raged between them ended with Cadmus as the obvious winner while Neherra gasped for her breath below his feet. "Then why don't you just kill me and get things over with! Or do you not have the balls to kill me, you spineless dragon!" Neherra screamed as she glared at him fiercely.
It was a dreadful night. The blood moon that bathed the world with a crimson light seemed like it was mimicking the carnage of the land down below. Even the light of the billions of stars in the sky couldn't dispel the malevolent aura that seemed to emanate from the corrupt moon that appears to be watching the world like a condescending eye. Fear and panic reverberated across the atmosphere as death and destruction devoured the light of hope. If an outsider would take a look at the world they would say that it was hell and not the world of mortals. The chaos was especially prevalent in the Splendor Palace where the rich and powerful were supposed to be safe and enjoying a party of their own. Now their careless merriment has turned into despair with no way of escape but a small force of brave fighters are doing their best to fight back against the forces of darkness that ascended from hell. Injured and broken, bleeding and battered, the brave her
"What the hell are you doing? You've been drawing there since we finished making love. Aren't you going to get some rest?" Althreya mumbled groggily as she sat up in his extravagant golden bed wrapped only in the exquisite fur and linens from unknown exotic lands. Her fine bare body dented the soft mattress of the bed while streaks of sunlight haloed her cascading locks. To the man who sat drawing over his varnished table, Althreya looked like a goddess of beauty regardless of her disheveled appearance."I am merely indulging my fancy. If you've missed me that much even though we've spent five days and nights fucking our hearts out, then I would say that you are already in love with me. Well, no one can blame you for that. None can resist my charms anyways." joked Cadmus, making Althreya roll her eyes in annoyance."You fuck harder than you fight." retorted Althreya as she gathered the clothing her gracious host had provided only
A new dawn has arrived and in its wake, a new king is crowned. The proud Kingdom of Camelot had collapsed, the Knights of the Round Table had perished with it, and a new empire rose from its soils born from its people. The new empire is named Neo-Macedonia, ruled by Aurelius Parabellum II, grandson of Augustus Parabellum. Althreya Pendragon, the last queen of Camelot, and her most loyal knights fled from the ruins of Camelot and chose to live a simpler life in the northern region. She returned to the ancestral home of her mother in a small region called Colchester. Albeit being smaller and less grand than their former residence, Althreya and her knights led a life of hunting beasts and slaying down monsters and demons to protect their new home. With the blessing of the Holy Sword Excalibur, the former queen and her chosen knights were able to maintain their youthful prime years never
"My father?!!" Ruby exclaimed in bewilderment. She can't believe the words this man just uttered. Surely he must be bluffing. It's impossible! How can he be her father? Her mother never mentioned anything about him regardless of how many times she begged for the truth. Althreya would always refuse and say that she has work to do that's why she gave up on the topic. Now this man, this stranger from nowhere, comes up to her and tells her he's her father. How the hell is she supposed to feel about it? Anyway, there's also the possibility of an ulterior motive behind his introduction. He might actually be evil or something, so he drew her away from her friends before kidnapping her or murdering her. The only way to find out if he's telling the truth is to see if he really knew her mother so might as well play a little game. "What's mommy's favorite color?" "Blue." Well, that's correct but it was prett
Ruby stepped out of her carriage and gazed upon the proud edifice that housed the most powerful family in the length and breadth of the realm. The brightest lights illuminated the walls of the silver towers highlighting their magnificent architecture and beauty. The gardens are curated to perfection where the hedges are all trimmed and decorated with ribbons and fairy lights. Pixies frolic around while the fairies presented their elegant waltz in the air. The beautiful jewel-covered nymphs used their powers to make the water dance in the little canals and fountains, enchanting everyone as they entered. There are myriads of curiosities and experiences waiting to be discovered and it was just the entrance, what more could the insides hold. The sheer diversity and individuality of everything and everyone contributed to the radiance and majesty of the party making everything become more magical as you go deeper into the castle.
Aurelius sat her on his lap before wrapping his arms around her waist while their lips caress each other with passion and sorrow. Ruby removed his coat and unbuttoned his shirt to expose his strong muscles where sweat dripped down his skin that glistened like ivory. The maiden allowed her hand to explore the tenderness of his beautifully built figure and appreciated the well-defined lines that traced the broadness of his chest and the lengths of his arms.Aurelius pulled down her strap to expose her ample bosom and began caressing her soft delicate mounds that perfectly fit his palms. He teased, squeezed, and twisted her buds to allow her core to lubricate faster as his tongue traced the line on her jaw up to her ears making Ruby moan with pleasure and arousal. The maiden retrieved his slumbering python from the comforts of his pants and roused it with the gentle kisses of her fingertips. Aurelius also inserted his fingers inside her panties to tease her c
The chilling cold hugged her body in its comforting embrace as the water wiped away her tear into non-existence. Silence reigned and darkness engulfed her body as the water muted the world yet it did little to console her heart and wipe away the sorrow which lingers in her chest after finding out about Caspian's demise. Ruby didn't last long in the water as she finally decided to rise to the surface and cleanse her body. She sat herself on top of a boulder and took out a potion which she used to massage her hair with. She allowed it to settle on her locks before focusing on scrubbing the dirt and grime on her body as well as the blood of the demon who pretended to be her friend. She decided to redirect her mind into a different topic than Caspian's death. Sadness and sorrow will do a leader no good. A paragon abandons
Caspian and Ezekiel stood there and remained silent waiting for her to speak. Ruby slumped on the chair never minding her posture and manners as the two joined her on the seats around the table. "You should really leash your cousin, Cassy. He's gone too ballsy speaking to our Ruby like that." Ezekiel spoke spitefully. "That fool is naturally like that. I'm sorry that he treated you that way, dear Ruby." Caspian apologized to the maiden who poured herself a glass of water before drinking tiredly from her golden cup. "It's okay. I'm numb to it. Let the dogs bark because they are mindless beasts. Caspian, I heard that you and your soldiers were ambushed on your way here. Are you well?" "Oh, yes. It was a tough battle and some were even able to drag me deep into the woods to separate me from my squad however no demon will amount to the might of a northern soldier. I sent them scrambling with one roar and a swing of a blade. No one can stop me
