Chapter Ninety

The four men jumped into Prince Felix’s bulletproof SUV and raced up the driveway and all four had their guns drawn as it skidded to a stop outside the main entrance. It looked like a scene from a bad cowboy film bodies were strewn around the driveway and slumped over the fence surrounding the decking that went all around the main house. It was a bloodbath, and Miguel’s men had not stood a chance, they were outnumbered by at least three to one and a dozen of them were knelt at the side of the house hands on their heads. They had quickly surrendered to Caleb’s and the Prince’s men when they realised they were fighting a losing battle, now the four men picked off a few of the Cartel still fighting until it went silent as Gino carried an unconscious Trina out of the door wrapped in a blanket. Caleb rushed forward to take her from his friend,

‘Is she?’

He asked hardly daring to breathe,
