Fought with Lara

Stella and Gloria both gasped out, "What?!"

Mike replied, "Yeah. Lara's madam actually sent her here to me as a prostitute, but she's not, as her friend lured her to the city."

Gloria frowned, not liking deceitful friends, and asked, "So what did you do? Did you sleep with her?"

Mike laughed out and resumed eating his meal, saying, "No talking while eating, Gloria. You both didn't even pray or bless the food."

Stella frowned, as that wasn't the response she needed. She knew Mike was a bad boy, but she didn't like how Mike was smiling when speaking about Lara. The way Mike spoke Lara's name made Stella sigh and stare at her meal that she hadn't eaten.

Stella knew that Lara might not be leaving soon, as with how Mike was smiling about her, and also refusing to tell them if he had slept with Lara or not.

Mike, seeing Stella wasn't eating and lost in her own thoughts, asked her, "You ain't eating your food, Stella? Gloria is almost through with hers."

Stella forced a fake smile and looked
