FREYA’S POV

All I planned to do was going well until we came out of Uncle Anson daughter’s room and saw one of his maids apologizing for putting hydrangeas in the flower vase he told them to send. He yelled so hard at her that I myself was taken aback.

Immediately he realized that I was now back with them, he bowed to my feet without hesitation and that made me feel bad all of a sudden because he’s someone older and was once my savior.

“What are you doing? You should stand to your feet” I said, trying not to sound mean to the poor uncle bowing at my feet but he declined.

“I am very sorry on behalf of my maid. I should be punished for what happened instead of my ignorant maid who did what I didn’t tell her to do just because I failed to train her well” he begged and a sigh escaped my lips.
