The loud ringing of the bell caused Angelo to jerk from his seat. He adjusted his attire, and without hesitation stands up from his chair. Angelo was about- to open his mouth and begin- to say a few words before- the class ended. But the teacher had signaled- with his hand- to skip with the formalities.
When the teacher had- finally left their classroom, Angelo took a seat. He then began- to arrange the papers- that were full of drawings and writings then placed all of them unhurriedly- in his bag. As he was busy- putting his notes inside- of his- bag. A person had suddenly hugged him from behind.
Angelo flinched when he felt the heavyweight on his back. He slowly turned back, as if he was about to see a terrifying being behind him. He sighs; in relief when he realizes- that it was only his friend- that had frightened him.
“You’ve scared me,” Angelo said while putting his books inside of his bag.
A loud crispy laugh- was heard that all of their classm

The Castro family, together with Jun, had a pleasant supper that night and, they had a small conversation while eating. The discussion; was mainly centered on the children’s school life and, after a while, it shifted to the adults talking about their working life. Finally, the day of the examination arrived, both Angelo and Jun were nervous and, at the same time, excited. Their edgy because the outcome; of the test would determine if they could attend the group date or not. They were also thrilled since after the examination- it would be the start of their school break. Angelo became fired-up as he would make sure that- he would pass the test and attend the group date- that their seniors had organized. As Angelo was so excited, he had woken up so early that it would even make the roosters hide because of shame. And since Angelo had a hard time going back to sleep- Angelo decided to go to school early. It was still dark when Angelo arrived at his school. He greeted the guards and the utility personnel as he hops towards the location of his classroom. When Angelo had gotten inside- of the classroom, he began to stride towards his seat. After the inspection- was done, the proctor discovered a total of five students who had either slipped a small piece of note in their I.D's or had writings in their arms that- were hidden under their uniforms. These students were sent straight away- to the guidance office for questioning and whether they could continue taking the test or not. It depends on the outcome of the investigation that the guidance counselor would conduct. Angelo and Jun both heaved a sigh as they were thankful that they didn't think about cheating this time. They were lucky enough to have studied for three days and opted to share each other's answers. The both of them- then went to the school cafeteria- to select what they would eat during lunch. The both of them decided to sit on the corner of the cafeteria- which is a slightly obscured location from the student's eyes. The days had passed quickly- that in the blink of an eye. The results of- who had topped the examination had already been; posted on the bulletin board. Students scrambled to get to the front so that they could see who had come on top in their respective grade levels. One of them was Jun that- was pushing his way through the crowd- to get to the; front. When he had finally managed to arrive in the front area, Jun then scanned through the list of names on the bulletin. He started to read the bottom- names and slowly darted his eyes to the top list. When Jun had finally caught sight of the; name he was finding, he exited the crowd by squeezing his way out from the hoard of students. Sweat was dripping on Jun's face when he had finally managed to break free from the crowd. He then went to a corner where Angelo was leisurely leaning on. J

When the both of them had finally arrived at the location- where the group date was being- held. Angelo; and Jun were greeted- by the sight of various students from different schools attending the said event. Angelo had also seen some familiar faces from their school- they were either his junior or seniors in school. He greeted them respectfully as; they went to the registration area- to receive their numbers and to also inquire- where their table is; situated.Arriving at the registration area, both Angelo and Jun showed the QR codes they have; received the other day from one of their seniors. The person sitting- on the registration booth, as soon as the QR code was; presented in front of him, instantly scanned the code to; see if they were indeed students who are; approved to join their group date event. After the person assigned to the registration booth had; confirmed- that both Angelo and Jun were; included on their master list. He then gave them their; respective number

After the emcee had said his ending monologue, he gracefully left the stage and let the staff do their jobs. The personnel assigned- to where the ladies are sitting persuaded all of them- that is on the area of their assignment- to slowly make their way to the table that they think would suit- best with their personality.With the staff's signal, the ladies grabbed their brochures.
