Lost the contract again

The contract has suddenly been cancelled and as they speak, the contract has been assigned to a rival company and has just been signed.

He is furious. What the heck is going on? How can he lose an almost done deal? He contacted Kenaz technology and he was told that they owe him nothing.

He was the one who told them reasons why the contract was better awarded to his competitor. What is he saying?

Adrian refused to accept it and vowed to sue the Kenaz technology for turning back on their words. They've passed the first and second stage of the signing and just when it was time to finalise it, they gave it to his worst rival Sabastian Walker.
