Before noon, Patrick Connor strolled over to see his friend. He hadn't been answering his phone that morning hence he decided to see him after lunch.
He got into the Lester conglomerate and Adrian had gone for a meeting. Clem told him that his friend will be through soon and he could feel relaxed in his office. Patrick Connor agreed and waited. It wasn't quite ten minutes later, Adrian Lester walked in with hooded eyes. His secretary stepped in after him and carefully placed his computer on his desk. His gaze was stone cold and he seemed to be unhappy. Patrick Connor had long gotten used to his friend's temperament. He just stared at him calmly. Adrian Lester is an arrogant dude who believes things should be the way he wants it. He doesn't expect anything less from an only child who was raised with all love and affluence. He'd always gotten what he wanted all his life. His parents dotes on him and his mom practically worships him. Why wouldn't he live that way? But then, he is the one of the kindest people he'd ever met. Adrian has a good heart and knows how to love. If he picks interest in a person, he would ensure that the person radiates the aura of love and happiness. “This is the second time I'm losing a multimillion dollar contract. And it's all grandfather's fault. He ruined my mood and everything went on getting ruined today…” Adrian seethed. He already told his family about the contract and now, how can he inform them that a rival company got it instead of him? “How?” Patrick Connor asked, sitting upright and staring at his friend. He hopes he's not talking about the Mayor's group partnership? “I honestly cannot say exactly. I received an email that they regret to inform me that they are not going ahead with the partnership…” Adrian explained, hissing between gritted teeth and settling down into his swivel chair. Patrick Connor was unhappy. Lester conglomerate used to be the largest conglomerate in New Jersey. If it continues like this, wouldn't they be losing their position and power? “And it is to that bastard Sabastian Walker. How can I lose to him? Can you imagine that?” Adrian fumed in disapproval. Somehow he feels that bastard was trailing him and tries to sabotage his work. It happened two years ago and now, it repeated itself. What the heck is going on? How can he lose to him, he would pursue that contract again and see if he can snatch it off him. He was still thinking about that when Clem walked in and told him that his grandfather had prepared an anniversary date for him and Ava Leon. “Get out!” Adrian Lester thundered and Clem bowed slightly and stepped out. Well, he's just doing his job. His grandfather wants him to deliver a message to him, and he just did. “That's where the whole hassle came from. That miserable marriage that was forced down my throat. I will spit it out. In Fact, I am working towards it already…” Adrian Lester declared. “Thread gently, Adrian. You might fall in love with Ava later” Patrick coaxed. He had known about this whole marriage thing for a long time and he wished it would turn out better for him and Ava eventually. “I don't love her. I only want Lola” Adrian declared, writing down some things and sending it to his secretary to take action on it. “For two years now, I haven't fallen in love with her. There can never be a chance for that besides, Lola is back and I am going legal with her this time” Adrian informed. “What do you mean Legal? What about Ava Leon?” Patrick Connor asked in haste. This marriage wasn't Ava’s fault either. He shouldn't make her suffer more than she already does. “I don't know anything about that woman. You can ask my grandfather if you need answers to your questions” Adrian snapped at him. Patrick Connor was quiet. He has this feeling that Adrian will not be available to have a date with Ava. He doesn't regard her at all. Few hours later, Ava Leon sat before the vanity mirror and glanced at the woman staring back at her. This cannot be her, right? But she equally knows that's none else but herself. She looks splendid and sweet. Grandfather had arranged for her in a saloon and had the chauffeur drive her there. A stylist made her hair. A make-up artist saw that her makeup was done perfectly and she wore a hundreds of dollars worth of dinner gown. As she stood up, it seemed to her that she is a different woman from the Ava Leon that she used to be. It remained fifteen minutes to the dinner time and the chauffeur would drop her off and return to the mansion. The rest of the evening and returning home, was going to be Adrian's duty. She hopes he will spare her a glance this time. She glanced at her off shoulder dress and liked it. She might not be a high class lady but just for the night, he should take her as one because of her dress. Ava Leon arrived there as instructed by grandfather and it was a place prepared for them indeed. It's an open park, decorated for that singular purpose. Not far away was a beach and the noise of birds chirping were heard, a perfect place for lovers to have fun and feel good. A table for two was set up and filled with varieties of drinks and snacks. The place was lit up temporarily and the collection of rose flowers were placed in a vase and kept next to the table. A sight that brings a tingle of love. Ava smiled and waited. She hopes he comes. That he would see the surroundings of it and for once, spare her a glance. Ava Leon was waiting for Adrian to meet with her while the latter was engrossed in a passionate kiss with Lola in a five star restaurant…He had left the office and went to meet Lola. They had gone for dinner together and after it, they chose to chill out together at a lover's booth just adjacent the restaurant. Adrian's bodyguards were around and he felt intimate with Lola. It was supposed to be something casual, but the feelings of last night did not totally wash off Adrian's memory. He feels unhappy that he didn't get to fu*k her in his right mind but he did it in a drunken state. He kissed Lola all over and told her that he loves her. “About last night, Lola…” Adrian began and Lola placed her index finger on his lips. He paused and smiled. “Lovers don't have to talk about the times they spent together or the feelings of intimacy they shared because until I owe you to myself, nothing else matters to me” Lola said and kissed him. Until that day she gets fully what she wants, nothing else matters to her anymore. His wife could come and pick him from the club drunk, or she might even let his d
He ran over and carried her in his arms. He walked hastily and told the men “she's a friend” and placed her in his car. He got behind the wheel and drove her towards the hospital, turning to glance at her at intervals. “Ava Leon please stay strong. Please stay alive. I'll take you to the hospital” he said. He turned off the air conditioner in the car and switched it over to the car heater. Soon the interior was warm and he kept talking to her, calling her name but Ava had fainted. She was shivering still and her clothes were drenched in water. Few minutes after Patrick left, another car arrived at the park and before he could say anything, the security asked him if he was there to see the woman that was left in the storm. Clem nodded. What a way to describe Lester's family daughter in-law? He was then told that a man had come for her not quite long and drove her to the hospital. Clem nodded. That probably would be Patrick. But he doesn't know what hospital she
“Were you the one who brought her to the hospital?” Adrian asked, a feeling of remorse descended on him. Not because he left her in the storm, but because he didn't inform her that he wouldn't be there, hence, she remained there, waiting for him. Patrick Connor glared at him and hissed, he stood with his hands in his pants pocket. If Adrian and Ava Leon weren't married, he would have told him to get the fuck away from his side. But he was Adrian's friend and whatever he is doing, it could be counted as doing it for his friend. After all, when it comes to Ava,he cannot weep more than the bereaved. “You're upset with me, Patrick,” Adrian Lester mumbled. He cannot help it. He is not in love with the woman that his grandfather imposed on him. He didn't want this marriage at all. In fact, reminding him of this wedding anniversary was reminding him of one of the darkest days of his life. Marriage is a personal decision, and is swearing to spend the rest of his life with h
Lola Carrero was worn out and exhausted but her man wants more time for satisfaction from her. How can she tell him no, how can she refuse him her body? She'd prefer he fucked her to unconsciousness than to say no. And since he doesn't mind, thrusting her hard when she was able to fuck him back and when she's not, then there's no reason why she wouldn't sprawled out on the bed for him. “Oh..Lola…you're the sweetest woman I've ever fucked” he moaned, cupping her boops and giving it a rough massage. Lola felt it hurt her but she swallowed her pains. He kissed her nipples and bit it and Lola jerked in pain. She felt as if he wounded her and she tried to resist him but he wouldn't let himself push off. He buried his cock into her while acting roughly with her body. “You're hurting me baby”Lola complained. She couldn't hold back the pain coming from her boops and nipples. He might leave her nipples bleeding if he doesn't stop biting her. “I don't care if you are h
How can anything ever be alright between her and that stone hearted young man. Nothing matters to him besides himself and what he wants. His grandfather's words don't even matter to him, how can Ava Leon ever mean anything to him. But he shouldn't have treated her like he did the previous night. That is the height of unfaithfulness of any man. If he didn't honour their anniversary and left her stranded in the storm, she wouldn't think horrible of him like she does at the moment but he was caught in a scandal with his ex-girlfriend. Is she even his ex-girlfriend? From what she saw last night, she's his current girlfriend, they're still knitted together in a love affair. He was having affairs as a married man and his wife was too scared to raise an eyebrow. He could fuck another woman before his wife and she would scringe away and hide herself to cry her pains out. Is this marriage or slavery? “No Ms. Alice, nothing is ever going to be alright. Adrian Leste
Adrian was almost through with his breakfast when his phone chirped. He saw who the caller ID was and he didn't answer the phone. It rang the second and third time and Richard suspected who the caller might be. Maybe that's Ava's parents, he thought. “Why are you not answering your phone?” Richard asked and paused his meal, turning to glance at his son. Adrian is stubborn, a typical trait from his dad. “It's Mr Leon. I don't owe that man anything so I don't know why he is calling me” Adrian replied flippantly. If there's anyone who owes him an explanation, it's his parents and grandfather. “He is your father in-law. You should respect him and answer your phone” Richard cautioned. No matter what, he is married to Mr Leon's daughter. “I do not acknowledge his daughter as my wife and I do not see him as related to me in any way. So his daughter might be living in this mansion doesn't mean he has the audacity to call my cell phone number” Adrian responded
When Ava arrived home, she met her mother-in-law. Her father in-law had definitely left for his usual meetings with investors and partners. He is never out of meetings just like his son. She cannot even tell which of the two men are busier than the other. The only differences between them was that Richard Lester returned home to his wife while Adrian Lester wandered away to the thighs of a mistress. Anna glanced at Ava from her head to her toes and pouted her lips. There isn't anything wrong with her after all. She looks alright except that her facial expression looks pale. “Good morning mother” Ava greeted. Now, everything seemed to be different from her point of view. Calling Anna Lester mother seemed to irritate her. “You aren't bad after all. I thought you would be hospitalised for days or probably weeks. But you are strong and well immune. Thank goodness for the Lester family nutritious meal…”Anna Lester was saying when Ava simply strode away. Alice h
Adrian and Lola went for lunch and Patrick called Adrian, he wanted to introduce a certain person to him that would handle his design work. “Meet me at the restaurant, let's talk about it” Adrian Lester instructed. That way, Patrick and Oscar went to the restaurant where they met Adrian and his girlfriend. Patrick Connor introduced Adrian Lester and his girlfriend to Oscar and did the same to Adrian. Adrian shared lunch together with the duo, a situation that Lola completely dislikes. Somehow she's not comfortable with Adrian being with different people, it makes her feel insecure. Patrick Connor already dislikes Lola. When a woman doesn't stay away from an ex-boyfriend despite being married, such women are characterless. Lola's return to New Jersey was going to ruin Adrian's marriage completely beginning from the scandal of the previous evening. Lola noticed that Patrick wouldn't spare her a glance after saying hi. He even introduced her as his fri
