Tightly clutching his shivering hands, Kieran was moving back and forth in front of the operation theatre inside that hospital where Ariella had been admitted for her premature delivery. Her cesarean section was going inside that operation theatre for almost an hour now and with every passing second, Kieran was feeling like his heart would about to stop beating, both in terror and nervousness.

He had been personally taking care of her 24×7 since her third trimester had begun. He had even taken his off from his work and only went there when something urgent came up and couldn't be done without his presence in office. This morning, when he was helping her in taking a bath, her contractions started and her water broke suddenly even though it was just the beginning of her 9th month, so he hurriedly took her to the hospital and there the doctors immediately admitted her to the operation theatre, notifying him that her condition was critical and serious.
