I can't move my body or see anything, but I can tell that there are people around me as they speak to each other. I didn't make any movements to not attract their attention. And as far as possible, I tried to remain still and just listen to them.

“How much do you think he would pay us to release his wife?” I heard a baritone voice say and a glass clinking before I heard a chair moving not far from me. “I heard that she's precious to her.”
