Sophia Censatio

Nick and Janet got out, both confused.

"what happened?" Janet asked cautiously. "Why are you making such a fuss in my house?" she added.

"Hi little girl! It's not your house, it's my house. You losers don't pay the rent so I'm kicking you out. Get back to work!" he told those who came with him.

"Yes boss." They tried to fight back and take our stuff and I saw my little brother trying to stop them.

I plan to talk to Mr. Samuel to at least give me some time to get everything ready, but before I can do that, I watch him pull the phone out of his pocket, the phone rings.

His brows and his face were furrowed in confusion as he forced himself to look at the phone. I even tried to check who it was but he just looked at me and pretended to punch me in the face.

"Sorry." I said with a puppy face. This is an unknown number. I wonder why he is so indifferent.

"Yes, who is this?" I heard him speaking angrily to the person.

still in a mute state, I watch him closely before he then started to talk.

"What?! Sure. Yes... Yes." His face changed from irritation to fear. 

But who could it be? - I thought about it. still!

"Good... No."

“Of course you can continue. Sorry. no! Yes. OK Sure, right now. I promise. No, no, yes! Good. bye." He said and hung up. "Guys! Get everything organize back to it normal shape." he ordered them. 

"What?! But you asked..."

"Do you want death?!" Mr. Samuel interrupted the man. "I told you to fix everything, you idiot!" He gave the order again and everyone did as they were told. I was surprised by the view in front of me. A few minutes ago, he ordered everything to be destroyed, but now, everything is different. He asked them to fix everything back to how it was before they got in. 

What is happening here? Mr. Samuel, are you okay? is everything fine with you?"

“Don't question me young lady. I told you to stop doing that. This doesn't mean I forgive you because I asked my men to stop. I give you five days to pay me. Otherwise, none of you will ever see the opportunity to stay in my house again. I'm letting you stay in this house for the grace of few days before I finally kick you out." He threatened and left with his men.  

 "Everything is fine? Are you guys okay." I asked Janet and Nick. 

"We're fine" they answered in unison.

"What happened?" asked Janet. 

"I'm as confused as you are." I groaned. 

"What should we do now? How do we pay? Otherwise, we will be kicked out. Where we are going to stay after that? I can't live in an uncomfortable place." Janet complained. My eyes met my brother and we both sighed. 

" Come on, let's go to my room. I want to show you something." Nick said as he led her to his room. I swear, that girl is a pain in the neck for me.

"Please leave my office... There is no work for you." I heard from the restaurant manager who was looking for a waitress just some few days ago.

"But, you say you need someone with customer experience. I worked as a waiter in one of the largest restaurants in P.L.G and all will testify that I have always been a good worker." I said in a desperate tone.  so desperate right now that, if I'm being offered any job, I would accept it without thinking twice.

 "Do I seem to care? Now, get out of my office before I tellmy men to kick you out."

“But sir, you can't do this to me. You haven't interviewed me yet and you don't know anything about my qualifications. I'm sure, I can. Please, please I really need this job." I ask for understanding, but he won't listen to me and, I was suddenly drag out of the office. Not only his office but of of the restaurant.

Suddenly, I was greeted by two giants. They should be about 5.9- 6 feet tall. This is their length and size. If I try to hurt them, I get hurt back in return. 

"W.. Who are you, what do you want from me?" I asked them in a frightened voice. 

"Lady, you must come with us." One of the giants told me. I tried to find an escape route, but to no avail. He suddenly carried me like a bag that weigh nothing. They made it seem like I have no weight. 

“Leave me alone, you kidnapper! I tried to get out of their grip by hitting him again and again but to no avail. In the end, it was I who suffered the most. My arm hurts a lot right now. "If you don't put me down, I'm calling for help." I threatened even though I was afraid of them. 

"If you don't want me to hurt you, you better shut up. We do not want to hurt you. All you have to do is cooperate with us and go in peace with us,” he said.

 "I told you I didn't want to go with you, why did you come to get me? Let go of me!"

I was forced to get into their expensive car and take me to only God knows where. I asked several times where I was being taking to but none of them said anything. later on, I was being told that their boss sent them to me.

Aaron was the one who sent them to me. The mighty Aaron is Samuel did.

 Now, I'm ll sitting right in front of his office. The set is so neat and attractive. Everything is painted white and everything seems peaceful. "I couldn't believe it when he agreed with the percentage. Fuck! 60/40? that was a big deal man!" I heard a voice.

"Never underestimate the power of Aaron Samuel." I heard his voice come out. I wonder why he wants his men to kidnap me here. I had every reason to not let those horrible people kidnap me and suddenly my eyes opened.

 Impossible, right? He can't tell the owners of those small corporation not to hire me, can he? None of them wanted to know about me or if I was a good fit for the job. 

I can't believe it! I can't believe he did this to me. Why am I just aware of this? They all had expressions of fear on their faces. I remember all their reactions. It's his job!

I jumped up quickly from my chair, but at that moment, the door to his office opened. "Damn you cra..." My eyes met someone and I stopped mid-speech. 

"W.. what? Christina?" I was surprised. 

"Sophie?!" she called and I hugged her tight.

 "Hello my darling! Didn't you expect to see you here after so many years. How many years have passed?! Five years!" she exclaimed happily. 

I said "it was five years and eight months. 

"Come on, you're still smarter than ever, aren't you? Until now, I still think of myself as someone who can never match up to you" she rolled her eyes and pretended to be upset, which got a lot of laughs from the both of us. 

"I'm sorry, but that won't happen. " I said and we both laughed again. "Babe, what are you doing? Do you know her?" Nathan asked her.

“Of course dear. You know... actually… This is Sophia… She was my childhood friend, classmate from high school to college and she was always by my side. During that time, she always helped me with my homework and she's also smart. Sophia, you have to meet my boyfriend, Nathan. Nathan, this is my friend Sophia." She introduce us to each other. 

To be frank, I do not feel comfortable right now, how am I supposed to introduce myself to Nathan? Two weeks ago, I made a horrible post about about his brother and I'm sure, no one in his state right now would want to have anything to do with a girl who was hell bent in trashing their brother's image. 

. "Um...hello." I stammered. 

"Hi." he replied back. 

"Do you work here or are you here for an interview?"

"No... No," I answered awkwardly. 

“Well, Tiana, this is the girl I was talking about. The person who issued that post about Aaron..." he said to her. 

She looked at me surprised. "Are you the girl who posted those wonderful article?!" she said passionately to my surprise.  

Wow! I can't believe she's happy about it.

"Nathan, you better get her away now!" Aaron said angrily. 

"Aaron!" she looked at him "That's why she wrote about you like that. Good girl!" she praises me again as she face me.

"Nathan." Aaron hissed angrily.
