Aaron Samuel

"The fuck would you utter such a terrible advise? You want me to marry that crazy girl? Where did that thought come from all of a sudden?. "

" Aaron, it's was just a normal thought, I didn't mean to upset you. Plus, mom so wanted you to settle down and, getting you a girl you know nothing about is quite not healthy for you. That's why I being in this suggestion. I've known Sophia for a very long time now and, she's a nice girl wi-"  

"Enough! Stop it!! That's enough, Tia!! You called that crazy girl, nice? Despite being aware of what she did to me yet, you called her nice? You know what? I'm out of here. " I said in anger and left without waiting for her to explain herself.

" Aaron! Aaron, please wait." She immediately ran after me and blocked me with her small figure.

A deep sigh left my lip and I mentally curse. " What the fuck are you doing?." 

"Can you just stop cursing? It's annoying when you-" She stopped in her mid sentence the moment she saw the look on my face. She knows she's pressing the button already and it won't turn out well, that, for the both of us. 

I can't comprehend why would she bring up such a terrible suggestion. Like seriously? I and that crazy woman?!!  

"Okay, fine! I'm sorry. I was wrong. I shouldn't have come up with such an idea. I'm sorry, forgive me." She apologized but, I'm not ready to buy her trick this night. 

She pressed the button too much.

"Come on, Aaron. I said, I'm sorry. It's my fault and I promise, I won't come up with such an advice anymore. Of all people, you know how much you mean mean to me. You might be my boyfriend's elder brother but, I consider you as my blood so, just forgive me this one time." She beseech me and took me off guard by hugging me tightly. 

My heart soften all of a sudden.

Aside Charlotte, she's my next weakness. I had no idea why it ended up in such way but, one thing I'm sure of is... I can go to any extreme also, my heart can soften at any time because of her.

"Okay, that's enough." I hissed and pushed her away from me, slowly which made her rolled her eyes at me instead. 

"Brute, now you know you're nothing without me. I'm your weakness and nothing is going to change that." She said arrogantly and stick out her tongue at me. Just as I was about to pretend to hit her, Nathan showed up. 

"Aaron's, you're planning on stealing my girl from me.. are you?" He asked as he stood in front of us. I gave him an irritated look whilst Tia smacked his head instead. 

"Shit! What was that for?." He glared and hissed at his girl as he said that.

"I swear, you two have lost it. I'm tired of you two swearing at every given opportunity you've got. This is all your fault, Aaron." She pointed an accusing finger at me and I rolled my eyes instead. 

"Was that enough reason to smack me?." He hissed again.

"Whatever! You two are annoying, I'm going in to see mom."

" Yeah, the more reason why I'm here. She asked of you." He dismissed her.

" Bye Aaron. Take care of yourself and do not forget what we talked about... Okay?." She yelled and wave at me as she leave. 

Both our gaze fixed on her retreating back till she's out of sight. "What is she talking about?." He turned to me and asked. 

I sighed and answered with "Nothing" 

"Come on, Aaron"

"She advised I marry that crazy woman."

"Who? Which crazy woman are you talking about?."

"The same girl that wrote those stuff about me."

"What?! She said that?." He chuckled.

" This is not funny, Nathan."

" Sorry, it's just.. why would she bring such thing up to you despite knowing what has transpired between you two?"  

" Exactly my point." I affirm with his statement.

" You can't blame her, though." He said, chuckling.  " She's been friends with her for a while now and, she probably felt if you end up with her, they could become closer than they were." He added.

"Please, spare me that, Nathan. I'm not in for that now. I'm leaving, are you sleeping over tonight or, yours?."

" Hotel?." It came out more like a question.

" Hotel?." I questioned back.

"Well, she wanted to explore your new hotel tomorrow with the girls so, we're staying there tonight."

" That sound like a plan. See you then."

"Aaron wait!" I turned to look at him with a raised brow. "What's it?."

"About mom, I think she's ri-"

" Not now, Nathan." I cut him off and walk away.

Sophia Censatio

"Hey, girl!" Tia screamed the moment I got in her car. "Girl, you look stunning." She compliment, scanning my body.

"You're not looking bad yourself." I said. She's putting on a backless black short gown, I noticed she's short her deep brown hair also making her look hot.

I on the other hand was putting on a pair of army green jean trouser with a blue baggy top and black snickers. I had no idea if this dress of mine fit in the outing but, this was exactly what I feel.like putting on. Janet complained concerning the dress but I turned a deaf ear to her. 

" Do you want to come in?." I offered her in my house. 

" Nah, maybe some other time. I bet the girls are waiting already. I can't wait to introduce you to them. So, you and Aaron huh? What's going on between you two?." She said in one breathe.

"Nothing" I let out a nervous chuckle.  "I hate him, and that's it! He's too arrogant and crazy too."

"Calm down, girl. I think you two would make a cute couple. He's nice and you're nice too" She exclaimed, dreamily.  

"Nice, you say?! You didn't  just call that arrogant man, nice? He has nothing 'nice' in his dictionary."

" I can't pinpoint what exactly is going on between you two but, is there something you're not telling me about?"

"He offered me a job"

"And? Of course, I know you'll accept it right away"

"I declined." I answered truthfully and I swear, for a moment I thought I was going to die as she roughly step on the car break. 

"Tia!! Are you crazy?! You don't plan on killing us, do you?!" I hissed but she turned to me and widened her eyes in horror instead. 

I wonder what's wrong with her.

"Yo.. you.. did you just said, you turned him down?"

"Yes,I don't like him. As simple as that"

"What?! No one turns the Samuel's down. Not even their mom who's Mr Samuel's wife. The Samuel's don't take a 'NO' for an answer, Sophia." 

"You can say that again. He proved that to me and now, I've got no other choice but to work for him. Now, drive." I instructed and hissed at the same time before rolling my eyes at her. 

"You two has lots of things in common. I think, there's a connection between you two,"

"We have no connection at all and there won't be even in the future." I said.  "Can we not talk about him? Can't we talk about something else?  I mean; our past, school life, work and family. Talk about anything but him.

" Why though?."

"What do you mean, why? I don't like him... Period! I don't want to be around him. I wish, he never stopped other companies to employ me. He made them chase me away right before I get the chance to be interviewed. No one wants to accept me as they're all scared of him and yet, he forced me to work for him. That man is a gangster. I forgot to add that about him." I hissed again as I let everything out in a frustrated tone. 

" You two are unbelievable! He wouldn't take your name out of his lip and same with you." 

" Whatever! I don't care."

" You do, my dear. I mean, who wouldn't care about Aaron.? He's one hot guy, you know. He's cute, all girls are dying to be with him. Girl, you should be lucky that you got to meet him."

"Tia, can you just stop this drama already? Truly, I found nothing interesting about that man. He literally lacks manner, everything! He's definitely not my type of man." I said, rolling my eyes but, my heart almost popped out of my chest for some strange reason as I finished saying that about him. 

She stepped on the break suddenly again and, thank goodness I'm using the seat belt else, I'm sure I would have been badly hurt.  

"Tia! You don't plan on killing me tonight, are you?." 

She didn't reply to my question and instead asked. "You didn't just says, you didn't find Aaron attractive?

" There's nothing wrong with me, Tia. I just said out my thought."

Okay, I think, that's a big fat lie. And, I sure know I'm deceiving myself. I couldn't even concentrate or breathe properly whenever I'm close to him and yet, I dared say he's not attractive. Whenever he's closer, deep within me when I said, I didn't find him interesting, I knew I wasn't saying the truth. I know I just lied and, I hope she doesn't find out the truth about me else, she won't stop bugging in.my business once she finds out about it.  

Tia is one big crazy girl.

She stared at me for a while and shook her head. "Well, I've got nothing to say. I know, you're not saying the truth. Your face says it all." She said, smiling.

" Then, believe me when I said you have a problem with your eyes."

" No, I think you have a problem with your head. You're not sure about your response. He was mad yesterday night too. His mom wants him to get married." I suddenly choked when she said that.

" Wait, what? Marriage?! Who would be in their right state of mind and marry such a heartless man like him?."
