Serene's attention quickly drifted to the direction of her phone. She brought it out of the small purse that was with her and clicked the answer button. She did not even check who it was before she picked the call.

"Hello" she voiced and pressed the phone to her ear.

"Where did you go today?" A sweet feminine voice reached her ear and she froze. She was familiar with the caller's voice and of course, she was could guess who it was already.

"Amy" she uttered with a bit of uncertainty.

"Ah, Miss Serene. You are just as smart as I remember you to be. Even though I switched number, you can still recognize me. That is good" Amy voiced, a hint of laughter sounded in her voice as she spoke.

Serene's face remained expressionless, she merely made a nasal sound in response.

"So… since you already know who it is that a calling, I want to know how our deal is going. Are you playing my role properly?" Amelia snickered lightly and questioned.
