Mason POV

I smile as I see my phone light up with my mates name flashing across the screen.

I have been ignoring her for the past week now. Why? I want to try and surprise her for her birthday which is in 2 days. I know once I pick that phone up I would let everything spill.

I could never keep this kind if secret, especially when I'm the one planning it. If it's not a serious, serious secret, then I can't keep it in.

My phone lights up again but it's Reevan calling this time. I pick the phone up and answer almost immediately.

"Hey. Is she okay?" I say ask with concern because I told him to only call me when their in trouble.

"No. She is not okay. You have to come down here, Mason. I think she is going to have a mental breakdown." He says softly sounding defeated.

"What's wrong, Reevan?" I ask and he sighs.

"Just come down and you'll find out. She has to tell you herself." He says and the line goes dead.
