Wandering Alone

When queen Naya turn around with the bottle of wine and glasses in her hands, she shudders when she saw someone standing behind her. She shudders and rolled her eyes with disgust.

Nanny Carlisa was standing begins her with her hands coiled around her breasts, she had a shrewd and piercing gaze on her, which looks like she was going to eat her up at any given time. Her expression is dark and her eyes looking. Then she walked closer to the queen, who had a stunned expression on her face.

“ Queen Naya, you didn't do the right thing, you punished the wrong culprit for the right crime and this is not an act of Justice” she yelled with a hoarse voice, she pointed her fingers at the queen, who looks indifferent to the point she was making, she didn't and there is nothing the nanny can do about it.

“ I did what I felt is right for the moment, moreover, all evidence was pointing at her and there was no chance of refuting, that situations, you wouldn't expect me to let her off the hook if I had done that, how would you expect the people to see me” she retorts, walking some distance towards the couch.

“I'm not saying that you shouldn't have punished her, all I'm saying is that you should have given her a chance to explain herself or better still carry out an investigation to find the truth about everything ” she responds walking skeptically behind her, with tears threatening to fall.

“ explained herself? You mean I should have given that lunatic, who could barely say her name, a chance to explain herself? do you know how foolish it sounds?  anyway, in trying to calm my nerves after having a terrible day, dealing with that pest of a girl ”

“ even if I gave her a chance, she would have ended up wasting it, so what is the use of giving her one, then? She walked away from her presence.

After saying that, she uncocked the bottle of wine and bang the sound rent the air. She pours the wine into her glass and was about to have a sip when nanny Carlisa spoke.

“ When would she go now ?” she asked absentmindedly 

“ That is not my problem” queen Naya replied nonchalantly, “ she used to live on the streets, right? Then she can go back to the street, or hell for all I care ” 

She picked up her glass from the table and so from it dramatically.

This action caused the burning pain that resides in the nanny Carlisa's heart to exasperate. She felt like she was losing her will to live, she couldn't understand why anyone would hate a loving soul like Zenny.

“ It's already queen Naya, where would she go at this time of the night? Please let her spend the night here, first thing in the morning, I will personally take her away from this place ” Nanny Carlisa continues pleading with her, but she won't give in.

“ not a chance, nanny Carlisa, I won't allow that girl into this pack again, you want me to let her in so that she could make me look like a bad person in front of my son? I won't make that mistake, I won't ” she said, shaking her head to show her disapproval.

“ But she didn't do anything to harm you, why do you hate her so much, Queen?" Nanny Carlisa implores with tears already streaming down her cheeks.

She was getting overly emotional after the thought of what Denny might be going through flashes into her mind.

“ That girl is a bad influence around here, and yes she has done worse than you could ever imagine, she is a sneaky snake” she retorts.

“ if you won't do anything about it, then I have no choice but to tell the alpha about this ” 

After uttering these words, nanny Carlisa turns around swiftly, going to pick the phone and give the Alpha a call.

“ You won't do anything of that such, you won't tell anything to my son ” queen Naya shrieked, getting a hold of her hand in an attempt to stop her.

She struggled with her relentlessly.

“ I will do it” nanny Carlisa respond fighting off her grip.

“ Harriet, Maya, get hold of her” 

“ You wretched which, how dare you” She hulls breathlessly 

Immediately she gave the order, they swung into action and seized nanny Carlisa, pinning her to the floor roughly.

“ You must have forgotten your place, have you forgotten who you are dealing with? Do you know I'm still the Queen mother around here? My words are laws and whoever goes against them will be severely punished for it ”she shouts at the top of her voice, holding nanny Carlisa harshly by her chin.

She pinched the wrinkled skin on her face, and nanny Carlisa wallows in pain, but she tried to endure the pain emanating from her cheeks.

“ You might be the queen, but Dave is the Alpha and still the leader of this pack, he has the final judgment around here and not you” Nanny Carlisa yell out with a gritted teeth.

Everyone shudders, after hearing what she said.

“She is right ”

The maids began to whisper words into each other's ears and within a twinkle of an eye, the entire place began noisily with murmurs.

“ Nanny Carlisa is right!"

“ The poor girl  shouldn't have been treated so harshly ”

“ It was unfair of her to punish her in that manner”

“ What if she was truly innocent, what will happen to her now” 

“ Where would she go by this time of the night”

“ I don't think, the Alpha will b happy to hear about this ”

“ I pray nothing bad happens to her, otherwise there would be a great earthquake at the Packhouse”

“ Aloha will be very angry when he found out about this ”

The maids murmur among themselves, but the Queen has already heard everything they said, she became red with anger. She shot them an angry glance.

“Will all of you shut up” she screams.

The hall became silent immediately after she said that.

“ lock her up” she orders pointing at nanny Carlisa.

“ she wants to instigate you all against me, right? after locking her up, she would know better next time.

They swung into action and took her away.

The cacophonous activities have attracted the attention of Ariya, she came running, then she saw them dragging nanny Carlisa away.

“ Let her go,” she said shooting them an evil glance, they trembled and left the nanny alone.

They know, how Ariya behaves when she is angry, her powers could burn down the entire place, and won't care about it, until she comes back to her senses.

“ Mother, I can't believe you, I can't be you would stoop so low to oust an innocent girl, not only that, but you also mistreated nanny, I'm going to tell Dave about this ”

With that, she turns around and left.

The queen sent people to try and stop her from going upstairs, but she sent them back with one injury or the other.

Her powers were a looming danger to anyone, who tries to stop. 

Melina was hiding at a corner watching the drama that has a place in the hall and had a sinister smile on her face, then her mind drifted to how placed everything, including sending Dave away from the packhouse.

FLASHBACK 

She was flustered after she chased Domingo away from her room, due to the dirty prank he plays on her.

She began to think about how to get zenny away from the pack before the full moon night, she thought zenny was going to be a hindrance to her mission if stays until the moon night.

Eliminating her from the way means her job becoming smaller.

Then a glimmering of an idea flashed into her thought, then asked someone to call up Dave for the Vitrano supplies. Immediately he left, she found a way to get nanny Carlisa out of the room, then planted the gem.

She had a sneaky smile on her face, as she thought everything she did to make sure Zenny get kicked out of the house.

“ She was so tough to deal with ” she mutters, walking away from the scene.

PACK BORDER

After getting thrown outside of the pack, Zenny felt very hurt, she sobs bitterly banging on the gate, begging them relentlessly to let her back into the pack, but nobody listens to her pleads.

They all turned a deaf ear to her cries, under the instructions of the queen and Melina, whom they deem the future luna of their pack.

She stood beside the gate for hours begging for mercy, but nothing was coming forth, she decided to find a place to lay her head for the night.

She left the border, shaking fearfully.

She trembles at the sight of any weird things and screams at the sound of any noise.

She manages to walk off the pack and ended up on a lonely road.

There was nobody in sight, the road was dark and lonely and the darkness of the night gave the environment a frightening aura.

She was trembling, but she continued to walk. The sound of the creepy insects running around the bush kept her company as she walked into the deeper part of the dark road, she continues to sob bitterly. Her eyes have become red and swollen from crying.

The sound of her sobbing and the sounds of the creepy animal were the only noise that serenades the atmosphere.

Out of the blues, she began to hear silent, but loud noise from behind the trees.

She could someone was watching and trailing her, but she couldn't place her mind on who.

Suddenly, she saw something terrifying and let out a scream.
