Chapter 38

Tristan’s POV

Sky ran as fast as he could, swinging past the trees in the woods with so much ease. Blood slipped out from his hand to the wound I sustained on my shoulder. After thirty minutes of running, we were finally at Aksher’s place. Immediately he felt my hurt wolf approaching, he ran outside to see what was happening. Sky stood in front of the door panting heavily.

“What happened?” Aksher asked.

“He is losing blood, please help him.” Sky roared while I whined in pain.

“Let’s go inside.” Aksher said and Sky followed him into the room. He stood by watching us as Sky fell to the ground in a bid to shift back to my human form. It took longer than usual because I was in pain and my energy was drained. My human body struggled to lift itself off the ground after Sky was done shifting.

“Lie here.” Aksher showed me a bed and I steadily lied on it. He moved over to the shelf and brought down a kit that contained apparatus and substances that were used to treat wounds. He held the kit an
