“Calm down.” Ava huffed, obviously tired of seeing Freya pace the room back and forth.

Freya turned to her with her eyes rounding like saucers. “What if he suspects something is amiss? It's barely three weeks since we slept together, do you think it matches? Wouldn’t he have smelt it on me the first time?”

She scoffed. “You give this he wolves too much credit. The she-wolf is much more sensitive than they are when it comes to smells like that.”
