I don’t think a muscle or part of my body wasn’t in pain.
I relived all over again like my teeth were pulled up while I was whipped.
I could only hear the strange, soft voice in this hell of mine.
" Do not touch her, talk to her, or anything that could hurt her, ecause you will not only answer to me, but to the king himself !” There was determination in that soft and calm voice of hers.
I was cold and hot at the same time, without the power to do anything to help myself.
I could only pray to a God that the pain would pass and it would be over... the nightmare of my poor life.
Until I passed out every time the pain became unbearable.
My eyes were heavy, and my head also, just like my body was, but I hadn’t felt any pain, just an urge to wake up.
And I did.
The room was dark, but I could tell that outside was a day, behind thick red curtains, that blocked the windows.
I was in a big, black kingsize bed, next to which was a nightstand with a candle, which was the only light in the big room.
There was an open door, to the big bathroom, all in white and gold patterns.
The black closet was over the entire wall, also opened and there were clothes in my size, everything I needed, but it was strange that there were mostly dresses and beautiful ones.
The strangest thing of all was that I could see all those details in the dark, which gave me doubt, about the heaven that I was imagining.
My feet touched a soft red carpet and walked toward a big mirror in front of a bed.
I looked different, even in those white, thin dress that was covering me.
A rage grew inside my mind, and I opened the curtains on the windows so that I could see better.
I was shocked, to put it mildly.
My eyes were purple, and my hair was a bloody red, falling on my back, in curls. I stored the dress and there was nothing of the scars that they gave me.
It was soft and white, paler than it was before but clean and like I was glowing.
My body was good before, but now it was hot, with my breasts being bigger, and my lips also were redder.
At least my tiny waist and little ass were the same, thank God, for something familiar.
I was afraid to open my mouth, but I needed to know.
So I smiled.
My eyes almost popped out from shock.
My teeth were white as snow, and there were all of them, even my fangs, but they were a bit bigger than usual, just a bit, which didn’t bother me, it wasn’t noticeable, just to me.
“Where was I?” I wondered.
The footsteps were approaching, and I could hear them from afar, which was another strange thing.
The big, heavy door was opened, and a woman was standing there, unfamiliar, yet, I felt her presence before.
“Bloody God!” She said in shock, while she was running toward the windows, to close the curtains.
Yes, that was the voice I heard in my sleep.
When the sun fell on her shoulder, nothing happened, literally.
“Don’t do that ever again”, she warned me, which was too much at this moment, for my fragile nerves
“Why?” I asked, curious.
“Vampires can’t bear the sun, girl, only pureblooded can”, she smiled, as if that would scare me.
“Are you a pureblood vampire?” I asked, feeling my throat clenching.
“I am”, but you are not, so it is dangerous”, she said.
“What am I?” I asked her, in fear.
“A King transformed you, you got his blood, so you are his property and just simple vampire”, she answered.
“Anyway, that didn’t happen never, and I need to protect you no matter what until he shows up here, Eventually, she looked worried.
“First of all, I’m not a vampire!” I said with anger, which surprised her, and me also.
I didn’t think that she could eat me, or something ...God...
“You’ll soon feel the thirst for blood, like all do”, she said, watching me closely.
“Right now, I feel without air”, I said and tore the curtains, so I could open the window.
“Also, I could eat some steak now, with potato and green salad”, I yelled angrily.
“Shit, that sun has a teeth”, I mumbled, feeling cold from outside.
“You hungry and you cold?” She asked me, in disbelief.
“Yes”, I answered and took a blanket from a bed.
“You thirsty?“She asked me, while she scratched her arm, so I could see the blood.
I felt strange, a big urge to drink, but not that blood, no...
I wanted blood, but the same one that was in me, and that fact hit me, like a hard brick.
She knew that.
I saw it in her eyes.
She knew it all, and I didn’t.
The only thing I knew was that I was a monster, not a human, not a vampire, but both.
I started to shake, from everything I had known, and didn’t know anything yet.
Strangely, there was no fear, I couldn’t feel it, just sorrow.
She came close to me and sat on the bed, where I was lying, now, lost.
“I have never seen that, in 500 years of the King’s life”, she smiled softly at me.
“Now I understand”, she whispered and stroked my hair gently.
I felt she wouldn’t hurt me, that I was protected by her, but from him?
“Who was he?” I asked myself, but like she was hearing my thoughts.
“I can’t tell you more than you know already, not yet, but I promise you’ll have everything you need, while you here”, she said.
“How long will I be here?“I asked.
“Until the King comes, in meantime, you will be learning “, she answered, with a soft smile.
That night in the Blood Shadow pack was a tough night for young Alpha Arnes. He couldn’t forget Raven’s look and the words she told him before she fell to the ground. A strange feeling was inside him that made him go to the square and see her. He won’t obey Leon, not this time, he will put her in the cell and send her some help, no matter what she has done if she has done it. Beka was always suspicious, no matter that she was his mate, that was the only thing he had with her... a bond of mates, but no love. His love was with Raven, but for now, that was impossible. The pillar was in blood but she wasn’t there. Her fangs were lying in a puddle of her thick blood also, but she was nowhere to be found. A rage was growing inside of him. His thoughts were all over, making him doubt every feeling he had for her. “Was it true?” “Could Beka had right?” “Were, is she!” Were questions in his head, for which he couldn’t find answers. “Guards!” He yelled like crazy. They came fast,
DRAVEN’S POV I have never in my 500 years felt a similar feeling, like when I saw her in that woods. Something that day, when I traveled to the castle, led me to turn from my path in another direction. It was far enough from the castle, too far for my taste, especially when I knew there was the meanest pack of all of them I knew. They were harsh to strangers but must obey laws, mine especially, because their King had a peace contract with me, so our species have lived in peace for centuries. That was the only thing, with which I agreed with my father. Now, I was needed again at the castle, because the queen had a ceremony, which must be provided with fresh blood from our banks. I was the president of the most significant blood bank in the world, and there were a lot of pureblooded vampires, that were elite, as she always said. I didn’t care much about them, even though we were rare, but, not killing people for blood, just like helping them, was good enough for me. I couldn’t
“I don’t want to be a monster, I’ll fight in my human form!” Raven was angry. She was tired and sweaty from practicing self-defense on the training field all day It wasn’t hard for her, but the hard part was that she needed to accept the fact, she was a monster, well, at least she saw herself like that. Dana, in another hand, didn’t. She saw Raven as someone special and truly brave and kindhearted, but it wasn’t something she could tell her, no. Raven needed to understand that herself, but the first step was acceptance. “I understand that my dear, but in your vampire form you are much more flexible and stronger”, Dana was telling her, calmly. “Let’s try with Peter, shall we?” She raised her hand and a strong, tall man was there in no time. He was black-haired, with dark bloody eyes, and very muscular, not to mention that he was the strongest warrior they had. He was pissed at spoiled Raven, as he saw her, and ready to destroy her. All vampires were fast, they had excellent s
“I don’t care what king will think of me, I just want this night pass by as quick as possible”, she said to the girl and left the room. “Are you coming?” Raven asked when she saw Selma standing in the doorway. “Of course not, this is just for a pureblood elite, very high ranks of society”, she answered. “Well, that is the most stupid thing I have ever heard”, Raven was upset. “Where is your room?” She asked. “Never mind, you are coming with me”, she ordered Selma. “But, ...I can’t, I’m not even dressed properly...“, Selma was trying to escape, but Raven was persistent. “You look great, you wearing make-up, your hair is good and you wearing a dress.” “Now, take me to that ball”, Raven said, firmly. “I was never here before”, Selma said when they entered the ballroom, full of pureblooded vampires. It was huge, filled with bright lights and golden decorations, together with red and golden furniture. That didn’t leave Raven in awe. Those things didn’t bother her, she was humbl
Inside my head was a mess. I wanted him to take me there and do whatever he wanted with me, oh God... That was insane, more because of that I was a virgin, with filthy thoughts, but yet... I forgot I was also a vampire, and they had a huge urge for sex, like werewolves, maybe even more, especially with someone they loved. Could he be my beloved? No, that wasn’t possible, I just enjoyed his touch. He was hot as hell, no wonder the vampire in me was impressed, and he saved me, by the way, that is why he was in my dreams, I tried to explain to myself. Why did my whole body tremble then, wanting him so much? The whole room started to spin and I couldn’t take that. So I ran. I ran away from his touch, look, and everything he presented because I knew if I stayed, he would have me forever in his mercy. I made an excuse that my head was hurting, so I could lock myself in my room, and have a long bath, hoping he’d be gone by then. That was my first mistake. The water wasn’t helpin
She woke up alone. His smell was on her and everywhere around, and the bed was still warm. It was not long ago that he left her alone there, in the room. They room. Vampires don’t sleep, but purebloods could if they wanted to, which I think he did. The only thing she didn’t understand was why he left. Raven wanted to wake up in his arms and feel all the love she was feeling last night when they made love. She did feel loved by him, she felt all of it, but he left anyway. Her human suffered but the vampire inside her suffered more. She was angry and hurt by his behavior, she was his beloved, and she gave him all of herself, her soul, body, and heart. Everything she had belonged to him now, and forever. She let the water wash out her tears and cried in silence in the shower. She was broken, realizing that her life would be forever like this from now on, and it was tearing her apart because she could feel his love. She was at the door when he came into the room. He was wear
“Son?” Dana was trying to bring Draven back to reality. “Could Sila be his true beloved, like a second chance?” Draven asked, still confused. “No.” “Vampires are not like some werewolves, we have only one beloved for eternity if we are lucky enough, she stated. Draven smiled, bitterly. “I was sure that you to were true beloved ones, because of the love between both of you, even I could feel that”, he said. “We were in love, that is true, but...” “No buts, mother!” He interrupted her. “He left you broken-hearted, that is something I won’t allow”, he was furious. “Stop!” Dana raised her voice for the first time at him. “Now, when we are honest already, you will hear the truth”, she said in a warning tone. “Sila isn’t an ordinary witch, she is very powerful and not to be trusted, but that is another story, an ancient history.” “She insisted that your father negotiates with her, alone, without my presence, which was immediately suspicious to me, but...you know your father, he
“Where the hell is Beka?!” Arnes was pissed, because it was time to start searching for Raven, and he wanted to be sure that Beka will do her duty, as future Luna. Besides, Leon was coming with him also, so she would stay with Pack and a few best warriors. “Alpha, The future Luna, and her mother were missing, since morning”, Jay, his best warrior said to him. It was hard for him to say that to his Alpha, knowing his temper, especially since Raven wasn’t there, but it needed to be done. “What are you talking about?” “Who’s guarding the mansion and kids there?” Arnes was mad. “Well, those girls are almost all 18 years old, so they can stay by themselves. “With a pack full of horny men?” Arnes gave him a threatening look. “Put the best guards there, I don’t need no drama, until I get back”, he ordered. “I think it would be wiser that you go find that girl and her mother”, Leon was there. “It is strange that both of them missing, without word”, he teased his son more and more, k
They were thirsty for each other, while their bodies burned in ecstasy. He wanted her badly, but he didn’t want to hurry. His desire to enjoy every inch of her was bigger, just as she would enjoy in him, with body and soul. And, his soul worshiped her. He kissed her neck gently, while he caressed her breasts. Her nipples hardened and he licked them, with the top of his tongue, then he sucked them, using his mouth and tongue more and more passionately, making her moan his name. She was squeezing the sheets when he touched her belly button with his wet, full lips, placed himself between her legs, and spread them, slowly. He kissed her wet pussy, and licked her clitoris, slowly and gently, which drove her mad, wanting him inside her. She followed the rhythm of his tongue with her body, while he was in and out, then get back to her clit again, this time faster, and harder. Her breathing was fast, she felt her body shake, while her legs were around his neck, and she moaned loud, i
The night was wonderful, with a bright moon in the sky full of stars. Raven’s dress was red, with white lace covering her, together with her belly, that has seen now, because she was close to giving birth. She was stunning, and Dana could hold her tears. “Why are you crying?” Raven asked. I should be the one crying, I’m nervous like hell”, she was in front of the mirror, fixing her hair nervously. It wasn’t necessary, but she didn’t know what to do, she was too scared. “Oh, dear, you have no idea how beautiful you look”, Dana said through tears. “My son will lose his head even more over you”, she wiped her face, with a lace handkerchief. “My make-up will be all over my face”, Dana tried to calm down, as if nothing happened just a minute ago. Raven’s violet eyes looked at Dana with love, and she loved her like she was her mother. “Im not worried about that, well..., yes, but...“, she stopped talking, biting her lips. “Please , don’t cry”, she said to Dana, pleadingly. “I’m
“You have a choice”, Raven said to him. “Raise this child differently than you have been raised, and being better man for I’m, and your people”, she continued. “You are a werewolf.” “There’s always a second chance for love, a second mate, I don’t have that luxury.” “If you are lucky enough”, she finished. “You are right.” Arnes said. “It’s time that me and my pack becoming better, not just the best fighters, but better in human side”, he said with remorse. “I’m sorry for everything I’ve done to all of you, especially you, Raven”, his voice became sincerely deep. This child in his hands made him a different person in just a second. He meant what he said, and he will do it. “And, you are right about a secondd chance”. he had a surprisingly confusing smile on his face when he said that, but his eyes shone like Raven hadn’t seen in a long time. He was looking at Trina, whose face went red, and she smiled shyly, but it looked as if she would faint every second. “Realy?” Raven w
While Sila fights to stay in Beka’s body, Raven runs toward Arnes, while Maya and Draven, together with the parents, fight with the werewolves. There were many rogues that were in Arnes’s pack, because of Leon, and they only wanted blood, it wasn’t matter from whom. The world that was there didn’t suit them, they wanted power, just like Sila, but didn’t realize the consequences of that. The truth was, that the world will never be the same if Sila won, and endless wars between species will never end, but, they didn’t care about it. Fight and blood were all they had known. All of them needed to work and fight evil together, but Arnes was blinded with hate and pride, so he didn’t do anything to stop the bloodshed. That was too sad, especially if he would accept the fact that Raven doesn’t belong to him anymore. She never was his. Her fate was always to be Draven’s beloved one, and this fight for survival proved that. Beka’s body has weakened because she was in labor, which means
Draven was beside Maya in a second, looking at how she was trying to break a big padlock on an iron door, from the other side of the main house. There were trees and bushes and it was hard to see that anything could be there, especially the door. “Move girl, I’ll do it faster”, Draven said and broke it with one hit of his fist. There was a little hall, with the torch on the wall, whose light was almost gone, and a cell at the end of it. It looks like someone wanted this place to stay hidden, for his pleasure and sickness, so that no one can find it. A sudden sound of a smashing was drawing their attention and a smell of blood, was all over the place. Maya was the first that run toward the cell, but Draven’s fast reflexes saved her when the same iron bar doors flew in the air. There she was, standing in her full glory. His Raven, his beloved one. Even with the blood and exhaustion, she was the most beautiful creature that Draven ever saw, in his entire existence. Maya ran und
Raven had a hard time staying strong enough, because of the poison that still was in her. Although she was a human, the child took her strength as well, so it was slower for her body to recover, together with everything else. She was losing strength fast, and without blood, she wouldn’t be able to hold on for a long time, and that was something that Arnes didn’t know when he gave her the same thing to restrain her. It wasn’t the same that they gave to Draven, no. That was something like a blockade inside her, something that slowly made her weak like it was trying to separate her human from the beast, which was not possible and she knew that. She felt that something bad was coming fast outside, and she needed to stay strong and fight, but she was weak. It’s never crossed her mind, that she’d end up like that again, in his hands, like nothing, a piece of trash, less worthed than those rats, that were running through holes, inside her cell. Rats! “Oh, God...” She was thinking, wh
Raven woke up in a cell. She was tied up in chains, on her arms and legs, and she barely could move. The cement floor was wet from the water that was dripping from the ceiling, there was no bed, no food, nothing, just rats that were crawling from somewhere and were still too far from her. Her clothes were torn apart, and it was blood on her, from whom, she had no idea, but the child in her was still alive and grew fast. It was just a matter of time before it would see the light of a day, or night, she couldn’t tell. That night was full of death and blood, but the only thing on her mind was Draven, with the arrow in his neck. Is he dead, or alive, she didn’t know, he wasn’t in her dreams, he didn’t visit her or talk to her, nothing, no one did, which was strange. Something was in that syringe that Arnes injected her with, that she couldn’t communicate through her dreams, not even with Darian or Dana, and it must have been a spell. “Damn it!” She was hungry and thirsty, which m
Both of them jumped, surprised that their son had recovered so fast. “Son?! “Draven?!” They said at the same time. “You okay?” Dana asked, trying to find any proof on his body that he had just a few hours ago. “How that is possible?” Darian asked in disbelief. “Oh, she is so strong”, Dana whispered with awe. “Where is she? Draven asked, with a threatened voice. His parents looked at each other, not knowing how to tell him. Draven approached them and put his hand on Father's forehead. “You let him take her?!” He yelled. “Are you insane, he’s going to kill her and the baby, and not before he torture her to death”, he was furious. “I doubt that son, I think he still loves her”, Dana said. “She killed his father, and what ever he feels, it’s doesn’t matter”, Draven hissed. “You read my mind, son, how’s that possible?” “You never had that gift before”, Darien was confused and surprised at the same time. “I don’t know”, his voice was tired. “I think Raven triggered that, ju
“Finish him off, I don’t believe that poison will be enough for that bastard”, Arnes ordered to his best warrior. “I want his head off”, he said, while he moved away with Raven in his arms. When the warrior took the sword, ready to cut Draven’s head, he screamed in pain. His hand was cut off, from his body, and in fear, he could only see red eyes, with fangs, when his soul left his body. Darien was there with his vamps, but it was too late for Raven, Arnes took her, but he could feel that vampires were near, so he tied Raven to his back and transformed into a werewolf, to be faster. He left his warriors to fight, not caring for their lives, he was too selfish. The most important thing was that he had Raven, and he will punish her, but not before he destroy her, in every possible way, just like she destroyed him. Darien sent his warrior vampires to kill the rest of the pack, they were outnumbered, but time was precious r for his son, and he needed to take him to a safe place. T
