It felt like immense pain and fire at the same time. It hurt like nothing he had ever felt before but he did not scream. He did not dare to scream. As soon as Dario walked through the portal, Marissa’s scent hit him so hard and he almost immediately lost his mind to excitement. It felt like the longing he had before and had been feeling, multiplied by a thousand. However, he knew he needed to be calm in order to remember and execute the instructions given to him. The witches were never fully straight, and always cunning so he took that warning as a threat.
