Miles woke up and the first thing that hit his nose was the delightful smell of breakfast. Something was being fried and there was an aroma of chocolate, and something being baked. Turning abruptly to the nightstand to get his phone, he extended his hand to the phone and while doing that his hand slightly hit the small paper bag that slipped and fall behind the nightstand. This paper bag had Miles's medicines of the morning that he clearly didn't know or else he would've looked for it. Nonetheless, he picked the phone and looked at the time. It was 9:15 am. The ride was long and tiring but he got a certain someone in his mind and he needs to be with him soon. He pushed open the door and got inside his apartment only to see Lucas sitting there in living room with his head in hand and eyes closed. He can only imagine what could've happened for Lucas to call him. Before that, Lucas never called him like that, every time he was with Miles, he cared for him well and was there till Christopher get back home. He can only imagine what could've happened. "Luca." He said softly while placing a hand in his shoulder. He felt that Lucas's shoulder muscles were tense, and that he heard a sniffle too. It concerned him. "Lucas, hey." Lucas looked up and there was a lingering tear in his eyes, it aches Christopher's heart. Why can't everyone just be happy? Why do things have to get sad? "What happened?" Getting on his knees so

It's troubling him first that Lucas looked out of his usual self and second, he doesn't know how to make Fried rice, he needs Lucas to instruct him. Reaching in front of his door, he knocked first and then without waiting pressed the passcode and went inside. "Luca." He called. "Hmm." Christopher saw Lucas sitting on the couch outside. He walked closer to him and sat down beside him. "Are you going somewhere?" He said as he saw Lucas taking his wallet and car keys in hand but typing something on his phone. "Yeah, Grocery Store, you should go too." Lucas told him. "I don't need to." "When was the last time you saw your fridge?" Lucas asked him. "Like yesterday." Christopher replied confidently. "Was there something in it?" Lucas asked. "Stop interrogating me and come to the point." Christopher said annoyed. After dinner, Lucas left. He didn't tell Christopher where he was going because he himself didn't know where he should go. He just needed to leave, to just run away from all those. Suddenly, his old weak self-started to appear and the egoistic, ruthless Lucas just left him. He was standing at East river, the beautiful view at night and the best place to think as it's near the mid night right now and very few people are there. The best thing was that he was not on bridge so he can see the reflection of big buildings in the river water making it appears in every colour. He just sat there on one big rock and was watching at the far away, at nothing particular. He had his phone clutched in his hand tightly. Lost in thinking, he just staring at the endless corner of the river. "It's Intensive Care Facility. This message is for you to know that due to some behavioural issues examined in Mr. Volkov we have transferred him to Intensive Care Facility. This message is the confirmation for

It was 7:30 in the morning, a worried Christopher was passing through the hall with a phone in his hand. His shorts were the only things covering his body and the upper half was naked. A frown decorated on his face, brows knotted and face muscle tense in worry. His hand was holding the phone tightly and his worried eyes were lingering in the phone screen which showed 26 calls that he made to Lucas’s, but the younger didn't pick up. Apart from that, he also left him thousands of messages asking him about his whereabouts, but it was not even being delivered, he was on the stand by. Christopher moved a hand in his hairs and tried to call one more time. It was of no use as the operator spoke up that the phone is switched off. Christopher didn't want to leave a voice mail as he was worried and wanted to talk in person, wanted to hear his friend telling him that he is okay. Throwing the phone on the couch, he went to the kitchen to get himself a bottle of water. He couldn't sleep well

The breakfast however went soon, and Lucas was ready to leave. He stood up, handed his plate and glass to Christopher and walked to the door. "Best of luck shorty." He shouted making Christopher come out and glare at him. "Volkov!" Knowing that he has successfully irritated his friend, Lucas waved his hand and left the apartment. "Fucker." "Christopher." Miles's soft voice made him turn. He saw Miles smiling a bit and then he engulfed him in a hug. "Best of luck for today.""Thanks Bear. I feel so good now, you can always make me calm just by your smile." Christopher said and pinched his cheeks. "Why are you up so early today by the way? Rest, I'll finish this up—-" "I wanted to go to school. That's enough holidays." Miles said lowly. "But there are still few days." "I'll talk to my teacher; I can't stay home anymore please. And I'm okay, I'll take care of myself i promise." Miles assured him. "Please." "But—-""I talked to Jammy too, he was also asking me why am i taking too m

And how he was so soft with him while talking just today. While thinking he didn't know where he was going, the ding of his phone made him halt in his track. Fishing it out of his pocket he looked at the phone screen. It had a message from Sara. Sara "I'll be late, make sure you make a good excuse to my supervisor. And don't get in any trouble. Closing the app, he was about to put his phone back in his pocket when he remembered that he said to Callie that he'll share picture when he'll wear his shirts.

2 and half year ago. "Mr Volkov, how are you feeling today?" Said the lady dressed in mustard turtleneck. Her voice soft and welcoming. She soflty gazed her hand over Lucas's hair and smiled when Lucas's face broke into warm smile. "I'm Good." He replied. He saw his therapist giving him another warm smile in return. He likes it, the way she smiles, how she always smiles and never once gets irritated by him or shows an expression. "Three words again, that's a progress." She stretched her hand up for a high-five. Lucas took some time but then clapped it. "You?" Lucas asked. He saw the lady stopped turning pages and looked at him. He felt like he stepped a line or something. He lowered his eyes back to his lap. "Im good, great actually, happy." She smiled. "And you know why?" She asked. Lucas looked up, kept watching her and then darted his eyes off. "No." "Because of you, you make me happy." She replied and Lucas's face broke into another smile, this time even the teeth w

Lucas was taken back to his cell. The officer practically threw him in the room making him bump to the ground and hiss slightly. "I never wanted to hate you, Lucas. But now i do..... more than you think. Your reason was all emotional but it was senseless and absurd." "I'm sorry." Lucas circled an arm around his own body. His shaking body started to feel numb. He had so much to talk to Christopher, but one glance at his pale sick face made everything worse. Christopher hate him......he said he never wanted to.....but he hate him now. Lucas expected a mock from Willie, a hand on his shoulder from Moura but nothing came. It's an isolation cell. This made Lucas panic, he felt his heart beating so fast and his breathing was heavy as well. Too many memories got triggered. "Keep it down,

"The medicine is till there, and you are still staring at the void." Cal's voice pulled him out of his thoughts. "How's he now?" James asked Cal. "Still the same. Not even close to get back his consciousness. Doctor said, they'd have to keep him under observation for one more day." Cal replied settling beside James and bending forward to give him the medicines. "I don't get it. Why is all this—- i never wanted to come here, they went and—— I don't know what to even think." James huffed not actually knowing what should he do. "The first trial is in two days. Before that, Christopher was supposed to visit the jail, Lucas-ssi appealed to meet him before the court trial." Cal told him. "All of them are together. Millie will never get the Justice at their hands." James whispered slowly. "It's not what it look like.

These next words of Zoye pulled him out of his shock and initiated a state of panic in him. Everybody knows, everyone know......Christopher, James, every student.....all of them know now. He turned back to see Moura was as panicked as he was and he was as still as he was. His reputation was also at risk, the coach, the faculty of the school bullying students.......too bad. Then there's Willie, neither panicked nor reacting. His hands already in front of him, stretched for a police office to cuff him. Run, hide, run away or else.... Lucas's mind was a mess.
