Their stay in Russia hadn't been planned but Ruby found herself enjoying it thoroughly. In the two days that has passed she found herself relishing the time she was spending with Jaxon. On the other hand, it was a break from all the things that had been happening to her.

She suddenly thought of her parents and the smile that had been on her face faltered. She was slowly coming to terms with their demise but she was healing from it.

She knew that adamantly refusing to believe what was true would not make it any less true and the sooner she came to terms with it, the better for her.

She was glad she was back in Russia and finally had a chance to explore it to her heart's content.
