The tears that had stopped flowing from Kim's eyes resumed their descent down her cheeks. Her tears though, were not from being sad but served the purpose to guilt trip Ruby into doing what she wanted.

"But Kim, you can't really mean that," Ruby put in then gave her a worried look.

"Of course I mean it. You are a bad sister who never takes her younger sister's side. I just wanted you to talk to Damon for me, I didn't ask you to build a rocket or something." She fired back with an annoyed look.

Her eyes searched Ruby's and all she could see was the hurt in them. Not what she was going for but she could make it work, Kim thought.

"You couldn't even have said just no and ended it there. No, you had to tell me all the reasons why you said so and that made me feel inadequate and childish." She told Ruby in a whimpering voice.
