Chapter 1 I Will Be Gentle

In the presidential private room of Spring River Century Hotel.

"Beep."

A ray of light suddenly fell from the door of the darkroom.

Gu Ruoyan nervously pinched the corner of her pajamas. Her forehead was covered in rivulets of cold sweat as she stared at the man sitting on the bed.

There was a silk scarf tied to his eyes, revealing clear facial contours. Even though the light was dim, one could still see that the man had delicate facial features. His cold and cheerless face was facing Gu Ruoyan. His thin lips curved slightly. He smiled leisurely and said, "Yanyan, since when do you like to play this?"

Her nails straightly dug into her palms. She did not answer Li Shaojue's question. Instead, she took a slow step forward and put her hands around the man's neck stiffly. She closed her eyes and kissed him gently.

Their lips pressed against each other, stirring up a wave of passion.

A cold and refreshing scent of the man's body invaded Gu Ruoyan's senses. He turned over and pressed her under him. His lips and tongue pried open her teeth and forcefully broke through all the barriers in her mouth.

Gu Ruoyan's cheeks were flushed red. She was kissed until her whole body went soft and she was gasping for breath.

In the dark, the scarf suddenly slid down. Gu Ruoyan was shocked and she noticed that he wanted to turn on the light. She hurriedly said, "Don't!"

As soon as the voice came out, Gu Ruoyan's expression paused, and she tried to soften her voice as much as possible. She said in a trembling voice, "I'm shy..."

"Alright."

"Yanyan, I will be gentle. You can relax." Li Shaojue felt the fear in her voice. He stopped and stroked her face comfortingly.

"My dad has already prepared the money and he is waiting for you at home. You can leave." Gu Moyan pulled back her pajamas, rolled her eyes at Gu Ruoyan, and muttered in a low voice, "Haven't you seen money, country bumpkin?"

The door was slammed shut, and the empty room returned to silence.

More than ten years ago, her parents divorced and her sister, Gu Moyan, who was younger than her by a year, followed her father. She and her mother were kicked out of the house.

After that, a mistress entered the house and Gu Moyan was spoilt by her to be unruly. Gu Moyan thus became the number one socialite whom everyone in C City admired.

On the other hand, Gu Ruoyan was working while studying. After studying at university in a thrifty manner, her life was about to get better. Unexpectedly, her mother was diagnosed with gastric cancer. Now, she was still lying in the hospital because she couldn't afford the operation.
