CHAPTER 99 - Unwanted Sight

LATTON entered her unit in Fleur de Ville. After closing the door, her legs lost their strength. Her back leaned to the door and slowly her knees trembled in dismay, and she gradually sat and buried her head between her knees.

She began sobbing in disappointment. Loathing herself for caring too much. No matter how many times she acts strongly in front of others. She's no more than a little girl when she's alone.

She breathes rapidly, her tears blur her vision and the voice in her head makes her head throb. Shortly, the voice starts to become a shadowy figure and soon resembles her.
