TEN in the evening Lucian’s private jet landed at Los Angeles International Airport and was parked in the hangar. Where his car is parked nearby and inside it is the new phone Jenny bought for him. He handed the new phone to Latton and said, “What are you planning to do with the old phone?”

“I don’t know yet. They can’t track me down if the phone is off, can they?”

“No they can’t. I’ll drive you to Fleur to take a rest, and I’ll see you tomorrow with good news.”

She nods and with a gentle tone she says, “Thanks. I won’t forget everything you are doing for me.”

She furrowed her brows and glanced at him in confusion, “What?”

“This costs you an additional 300 days on top of what’s left in the 90 days.”

She scoffed, “Lucian, you can’t do that. If you get married within that time, then I’ll be a mistress and I don’t want to be called like that.”
