Samarah's Pov
I bared my teeth at them and looked at them warily. If they dared to pull off something right now, I would bite them back.
However, they didn't. They shifted back to their human form and swiftly changed their clothes, making me close my eyes.
"We meant no harm." I heard them say.
I looked up and saw the man who said those words. He had blonde hair and blue eyes. He showed me such a gentle smile and those smiles almost reminded me of my ex-mate, making me frown.
But compared to my ex-mate, he seemed more harmless and my gut was telling me that they really meant no harm.
Still, I can't easily lower my guard.
I heard one of them say again. "Shift back to your human form, and we'll talk."
After he said that, the three of them turned their backs and were waiting for me to shift back.
Although I was hesitant, I changed back and took the clothes from my bag. Just like them, I swiftly put it on.
I hoarsely asked, "what do you want from me?"
They turned back and looked at me.
"We just noticed that someone had crossed our border, so we came here and found you on the verge of transformation." The man with dark hair had said with a nonchalant tone.
I pressed my lips and softly uttered, "I-I'm sorry, I'll get going."
A cold yet full of command voice had spoken. "Are you interested in forming a pack with us?"
Hearing this, I froze. I looked up at him with widened eyes.
Even the two men were surprised at his decision, but they didn't say anything about it. I could tell that this man who had silver hair and red eyes was their leader.
He seemed to be a white wolf too, just like me. White wolves are rare, especially when their powers are strong and destructive.
The man with blonde hair smiled and handed his hand while giving me an assured look. "You can trust us. We meant no harm."
I looked at them and then looked at the hands that were waiting for me to reach out.
"Please take care of me." I softly said after accepting his hands.
The three of them nodded their heads and swore. "We will."
Since I had no place that I could go to, and they seemed to not harbor any ill intentions towards me, I made a decision that I would not regret in the future.
Three months had already passed ever since that night where I encountered the three Alpha wolves while I was on the verge of transformation, and it was also that time that I was accepted to their pack.
Accepting those hands and following them is the best decision ever.
They helped me heal my past wounds and traumas to become a better version of myself.
During these past three months, our bonds have become stronger. Since there are only four of us in the pack, we naturally become close to each other and treat each other as family.
Well, I had become their precious sister and become over-protective towards myself.
At first, they tested my skills, which I am good at, and trained me to become stronger to earn my position in their pack.
"You've finally become officially one of our members, Sammy!" I was staggered while trying to push Zack away, who had suddenly appeared and rushed towards me with a big hug.
Zack had blonde hair with blue eyes. He is our sunshine whose energy was already on top and there would always a smile plastered on his lips which could draw people closer.
It was also the reason why we became close to each other. He was like the saint in our group who would easily forgive if someone did wrong to him as long as it didn't cross his boundaries.
He's the type who would still gently smile while killing someone.
If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it.
I helplessly glanced at Zack, who was hugging me and pushed him off me. "You're so damn heavy!"
Zack pouted as he climbed off me and helped me stand up. "That's so harsh, Sammy."
I rolled my eyes while dusting off my shirt.
Suddenly, a dark figure appeared in front of me, and before I could raise my guard, someone had lifted me up while spinning me around, making me shriek as I reached out his hand and grabbed it.
"Damn it, Owen! Put me down!" I yelled while slapping his head.
I felt my stomach churn up, and I felt dizzy from being spinned around.
Owen was laughing and continued spinning me around.
"Fuckkkk!" This time, I couldn't stop my stomach from churning up and ended up vomiting on Owen, making him scream as he lost his strength from holding me.
"What the fuck, Sammy baby?! How could you do this to me?!" Owen exclaimed as he ran towards the bathroom while Zack, at his side, was just watching while laughing.
I vomited everything and glared at Zack. "Stop laughing..."
Although he had stopped laughing, the smile on his face didn't disappear as he went to the kitchen and handed me a warm glass of water.
I took it and drank it to relieve my stomach.
I cleaned the floor with a disgusting look on my face and went to the second bathroom upstairs to take a bath.
After cleaning myself, I went downstairs and saw Owen with a grim look.
I raised the corner of my lips and looked at him with a smile. "I told you to put me down, but you didn't. It's not my fault this time."
Owen sighed and grabbed me by my waist, pulling me towards him and hugged me tightly.
"You should compensate me for emotional damage, Sammy baby."
I looked at him in disgust as I pulled his face away from me. "Compensate my ass! Get away from me!"
However, Owen rubbed his cheeks on my cheeks harder while hugging my waist, making me look at Zack and scream for help.
Zack helplessly sighed and slapped the back of Owen's head.
"Let her go and wake up Ash!"
After Owen let go of me, he glared at Zack. "It's already your turn to wake him up! Take a look at my unhealed wounds that I sacrificed to wake him up." He showed his left hand that had a large wound from sharp claws.
I looked at it and couldn't help but feel pity. I patted his head and said, "your right arm is still unscratched. You got this!" I said while patting his shoulder.
"Are you a devil?! Why is it me all the time?!"
Both Zack and I laughed as we watched him helplessly drag his listless body towards Ash's room.
SAMARAH'S POVSeven months had already passed ever since Ash had proposed to me. After several months, ever since that day, I started to recall my memories that were being kept by my wolf.I lit up the six candles near my mother's tomb and sat on the grass with the help of Ash, who made sure that our baby and I were safe.I stared at my mother's smile and couldn't help but smile as well."Hi mom, I'm already married." I showed her the second ring on my ring finger that was glittering and I chuckled. "Also, I'm pregnant as well. You're expecting a grandson now and my due date will be tomorrow.""By the way, I have already met my mother-in-law on the day Ash proposed to me. I already told you about this, but I want to say it again since it's funny." Thinking about that day, I couldn't help but chuckle. "It was quite chaotic that time because Ash thought that his mother wanted to break us apart by letting him marry another woman whom she kept on talking about. He was even going to break
THIRD PERSON'S POVThree days had already passed ever since Samarah had been found and, up until now, her memories hadn't come back. Each of them tried different methods to make her remember the past, but it was still the same. Samarah couldn't recall any."Do you really not remember anything?" Athena asked while looking straight at her.Samarah stared back at her with her usual demeanor and shook her head. "I find things familiar, but I can't recall any. Do you all not like me without memories?"All of them shook their heads vigorously while making an 'x' sign with their arms. "No, no, we like you even without your memories! Besides, we can create new memories with you."Owen looked at Athena and clicked his tongue. "Right, you're now the newly recognized Alpha of the Wilsey Pack. What are your plans for the future?"Athena looked at him and remembered that Ash and the others were just temporarily staying in this pack and, sooner or later, they would go back."When are you going back
THIRD PERSON'S POV"This would be the last route. Be careful of the traps and also, take note that we haven't killed Thalia's mother, the final boss." Zack calmly said while instructing them, kicking his feet and kicking the metallic door open.Travis clicked his tongue. "That witch must be overly confident with her skills, given that she doesn't even take subordinates to work for her."Athena coldly answered. "That's probably because she doesn't want to have more competition for the silver wolf's heart."Travis' gaze darkened upon hearing this.Zack helplessly sighed and walked in between them. "It's probably because they have become the witch's meal. Remember the corpses that we encountered on our path?"The three of them fell silent and couldn't help but show disgust towards this hateful witch."Let's go. I'm afraid that if we're a second time late, something might happen to Samarah," Owen calmly said, while urging the three of them who had paused and feeling silent upon Zack's wor
THIRD PERSON'S POVBACK TO PRESENTWhen Ash arrived in a certain direction where his legs and instincts had guided him, he saw his beloved whom they kept on saying had died, who had currently been choking a middle-aged woman in her hands and raised her up.He could even see the veins on her arms as she exerted force to lift her up while strangling her tightly and the middle-aged woman's face had turned purple while struggling to get out of Samarah's grip."Samarah!" Ash didn't care about it and was overjoyed to see that Samarah was alive. However, no matter how much he called her, it was as if she couldn't hear him. When he got there, he paused when he got to see her chest. His eyes shrunk, and his heart felt like it had been pierced. He looked at the middle-aged woman, Sheila, with killing intent. However, before he could fight with the witch, Samarah, who had a cold expression, had snapped the middle-aged woman's neck, making her scream from the pain. Her scream was so piercing that
THIRD PERSON'S POVFLASHBACKOn the third day after Samarah's body had been taken away by Thalia, she placed her body in the inner place of the underground that their mother had built. She placed her body inside a huge body that was filled with ice to preserve her body while waiting for her mother to come back.Thalia got impatient while waiting for her mother on the fourth day. She glanced at Samarah's 'corpse' and then her gaze fell onto Samarah's chest, which had three holes which she had made, and the blood had already stopped. She took out her dagger and made a decision to dig out her heart for her own use.Just when she was about to do it, a cold voice spoke behind her, stopping her from her thoughts."What do you think you're doing?"Thalia froze and stiffly looked behind her. It was her mother. But what surprised her the most was that her mother seemed to have aged five times her age."M-Mother!" Thalia's eyes widened as she hurriedly went towards her and helped her. However,
THIRD PERSON'S POVAthena took a deep breath and didn't bother to rest for a while and dragged her battered body with her arms trembling from an itchy sensation and her whole arm was covered with her own blood, towards the unconscious Travis. She first checked whether he was still alive or not. Sensing his pulse, she breathed a sigh of relief and nudged Travis with her right leg, which was uninjured."Travis, wake up! Samarah's dead!" Athena kept on saying those words and when she was about to say those words for the third time, she heard his groan and his eyelashes fluttered."Wh... Where am I...? I?" His voice was hoarse, making him take back, and his eyes look at his surroundings, trying to discern where he was right now. When he saw a familiar yet unfamiliar face... he seemed to have seen her before. Where was it?It wasn't until Athena spoke again that he remembered. This woman is her sister's only female friend."What happened?" Travis frowned as he tried to move his arms that w
