AMORE look up at Amadeus when she heard what he said. And then she asked, “Killed or be freed? So, what’s the verdict now?”
“You can do whatever you want after this, woman. You’re free,” Amadeus replied and walked out of the room leaving Amore speechless.
Amore stared out of space, that last word he said kept ringing in her head. Free.
‘Am I really free now? But what does that free mean to me? Having to live my life normally? Get to spend the years I lost? Being able to stay under the sun without the fear of getting caught? Would that be it?’ Amore’s restless thoughts at that moment.
“B-But why… w-why it doesn’t g-give me j-joy?” Amore broke down and tears started falling from her eyes. She wipes her tears with the back of her hand. But she can’t wipe all of it. And so, she tried to walk toward the bathroom. As she takes a step, her feet tremble.

THE dining room was lively with the number of people in there that night. Amore just replies with a smile whenever she is involved in the conversation.
