Kate’s POV

Jake and I exchanged a look at Marilyn’s announcement. She showed us the information she had

to share and I didn’t know when I cursed out. This is really getting lame.

“How did this even get out?” I asked feeling drained even though the day was barely halfway.

Marilyn said. “I was just as shocked as you when this came out. Before I came here I already

asked our media team to tackle it.”

Jake growled angrily as he ruffled his thinning hair. “I am not going to play nice with whoever is
