Three

Alpha Addison carried her in his arms and inhaled her smell to soothe his burning desire to have her. Her smell is divine, and he savours it forever.

Her brown wavy hair dangled in the air and some lock fell on her face, which added excess beauty to his beautiful mate.

He can draw a picture of him and his family on her forehead as it was plain white, with no trace of dirt.

Her eyebrows are like a rainbow.

Her cheeks are like plums to his eyes as he wishes to have a taste of them.

Her nose is perfect like hers.

Her plumb lips are like hives, from where he could get his honey every day.

“My beautiful mate,” he whispered while carrying her in his arms. His destination was to his room where she belonged to.

He started to dream of having children with her and a smile arose in the corner of his lips.

“Alpha.” Many wolves bowed down but all his attention was on his mate.

Needless to say, He was very keen to find his mate and even travelled to many packs but unfortunately he didn’t find her.

Some she-wolves even claimed that they were his mate, and for lying to him he expelled them from the pack, and appealed to do the same to other Alphas.

The great friendship they have with Alpha Addison, they expelled the she-wolves and now they were turned into rogues.

Addison kicked open the door and straight away claimed the bed with her still in his arms. He then placed her fragile body on his lap and combed her brown wavy hair with his fingers, despite he lost the warmth of her body when the contact had been pulled apart from his bare chest.

His grey eyes carefully scanned every inch of her body, which eventually reached the valley of her shoulder, where she could bare his mark.

His eyes darkened, his fangs came out but the sound inside his heart pleaded him to wait until she regain her consciousness.

“Okay.” He inhaled deeply.

His wolf was fighting with him when he refrained himself from marking her. He wants his mate now. He is trying to get control over his human but being good at controlling his wolf, Addison successfully gets the charge.

“She is a human. She needs time.” Addison said to his wolf that somehow worked on him.

“You don’t want to scare her, do you?”

Lopez, his wolf, agreed with him. Scaring her is the last thing he does forever.

They both carried on the conversation about how to handle her, how to increase the security guard, how to pamper her etc etc… Until she stirred in her sleep.

Addison held his breath as watched her slowly open her eyes, her cat eyes met his grey eyes and they both held eye contact for what seemed like an hour.

“Let me see her.” Lopez jumped into his mind.

“Wait a minute. You will scare her.” Addison replied.

“Don’t be a badass to me!” Lopez shouted but Addison simply blocked him.

“You okay?” he asked in soft not wanting to create chaos.

She nodded her head, her gaze was on him, admiring his every part. Even though she wanted to avert her gaze, she couldn’t.

He has a body of art as every part of him screamed perfection.

Grey orbs looked at her cat eyes.

Pointed nose.

Cheeky bones.

Lengthy eyebrows.

Sharp jaw.

Neatly combed dark hair, which was trimmed neatly.

The lock which involuntarily fell on his forehead is breathtaking.

His well-tanned body has eight packs and she couldn’t able to take her eyes off.

Addison smirked when he noticed her checking him out openly.

“Did you like it?” He asked, that literally brought her to reality and a deep shade of red dots emerged on her creamy cheeks.

“Our mate is beautiful.” Lopez whispered.

For a moment, they both held eye contact until Lopez came to the bay, his eyes colour turned into a shade of dark red.

“Ahhh!” she let out a maniac cry and in one jump she slipped out of his lap.

She then recalled everything and a pure dread chilled her heart.

Oh, God!

“I --- I am –” She trembled in fear.

“Comfort her.” Lopez yelled at him.

“Shut up. You are the reason.” Addison scolded his wolf and blocked him completely.

“Calm down.” He tried to grab her hand but she is fast enough to withdraw her hands from him.

“What are you?” she asked, her body felt like she was thrown into a pool of ice cubes.

“Your mate.” Was his reply.

“Are you going to kill me?” she asked in a shiver. Her mind didn’t process the word he said to her.

His eyes turned red once again and even before she knew she was pinned against the wall, his hands are on either side of her face, and his chest was pressed against her.

“Don’t say to me.” His voice was heard like an animal roaring for his mate.

“This is the last word I wish to hear from you.” His eyes softened when he saw her pale face.

“I’m your mate. Mates are meant to protect each other.” He declared.

Nodding her head, she gulped down not knowing what he really meant. But one thing she figured out was that he won’t kill her.

“Tomorrow we have a mating ceremony. Be prepared for that.” With that being said he turned his heels and walked out of the room.

Just a minute later, a lady who wore a white with black dress entered the room holding a tray in her hands.

“Luna.” She bowed her head to show her respect.

“Here is your food.” She set the tray on the table before about to go.

“W- Wait?” Mia stopped her. She must have known what is awaiting her tomorrow.

He said ‘mating ceremony’ what does that mean?

“What is mean by mating ceremony?” a deep blush caused the maid’s face to red and she hid her face in her palms.

“What- what?” Mia asked once again. She is not naïve, by the word she could understand what would it be but she is sure, it won’t be.

“Our Alpha will mark you as his and—and—” she fidgeted her finger nervously.

If anyone had asked her it would be easy for her to tell, but standing in front of her is their Luna and any offensive word cause her hell.

“You can leave.” A masculine voice dismissed her.

With a thundering heart, she looked at him and took a step backwards when he slowly walked towards her.

“I’m going to fulfil the word you are mine.” He nibbled her ears even though he wanted to save them for tomorrow.

What are they?

A human?

A wolf?

“If I stay longer than necessary, I won’t guarantee of anything.” With that, he crashed his lips against her.

The pace was slow and breathtaking. He enjoyed every second until she bit his lips.

With a smile, he backed away and said, “I don’t want to scare you.” He entered the bathroom to have a cold shower.

With the puzzle expression drawn on her face, she looked around and found the way to escape.

Even though she is good at jumping, the span made her gulp down in anxiety.

‘Life or death. Just do it.’ Holding her breath she jumped out of the window but even before her body touch the grass, Addison caught her in his arms and switched their position.

With a heavy thud, his back hit the ground. “You will make the best luna ever.” he teased, showing his cute dimples.

She cursed the moment and wiggled out of his firm grip. “Don’t.” The animalistic voice sent a shiver down her spine.

“I won’t be nice next time.” He put her on his shoulder and caged her in his room.

She was yelling and screaming but it was just music to his ears. He increased the security around his territory and is eagerly waiting for tomorrow meanwhile she is weeping for her dear life.
