In her black dress covering her knees, she laid back on the bed with her hands thrown on either side. Her brows caressed with each other as her hand gripped her forehead in pain. Ever so slowly she tried to open her eyes fighting against the pain. Once she was fully conscious she looked around the room and sat up slowly on the bed.

She tried to remember what happened before she went unconscious. And then she remembered. Everything played like a reel in her head and her breath hitched. She remembered how her husband had shoved a piece of cloth into her face and made her unconscious . Tears jammed in her eyes knowing that her husband isn't a common man but a mafia. Mafia of Russia. The picture of him shooting the man played in front of her eyes and her hands trembled as her heart wrenched. She is terrified of him. She no more wants to stay with him. She wants to run away from him. She tried to escape and he made her unconscious and brought her into this room. The room felt strange. As if it is moving or maybe her mind and body isn't feeling the gravity because of the drug effect. And as soon as she realized that she is in his captive, a sudden desperation grew in her to escape from there. Stumbling to the door she tried to open but it didn't. Later after studying the door she realized that it is a sliding door and she pushed it to the side and came out of the room. Thankfully it isn't locked. She tried to walk straight but yet staggered out and immediately took the support of the line-wise chairs while she was falling and her eyes grew widen immediately.

It's not her brain that is floating or not. It is the place she is in. She is in a freaking plane. And she can guess it is already flying in the air. She can see through the window. Her heart clogged up and tension dripped in her system. Breathing felt difficult as she tried to take in a few gulps of air. How is she supposed to escape? Her breath became short as more tears ran through her eyes. A small sob left her mouth. Though it is a plane it looked a little more complicated than the usual one.

But if not escape she can at least hide. That little hope gave her the strength as she moved front still not in the position to walk properly, and eventually her heels clicked as she staggered making enough sound to gain the attention. Trying to stabilize herself she looked ahead and felt dread when she saw a face peeking through the seat as he sat down. Her legs shook in fear while looking at him. He has those cold eyes with zero expressions on his face. Her face paled up looking at him. Her husband Andrey. No. He is not Andrey. He is D'Arcy.

He slowly got up from the seat as he was making his way to her still with his eyes dead fixed on her. Her legs took her back on seeing him approaching her and he stood still seeing her moving away from her. It felt like a cold war between a tiger and deer both waiting for each other to see who takes the first step. But when she staggered on her feet and clutched the seat for her support he was already there holding her in his arms.He took her hand into his and tried to pull her when she showed her resistance. He had no choice but to pull her by using force and she fell in his embrace with her hand between their bodies. She tried to make a distance when he wound his arm around her and made it impossible. She didn't give up and tried to part away from him more and more but he didn't let her.

"Leave me". She let out a small crying voice as she tried to push him away but he tightened his arm around her.

"Leave me..... Please.... I beg you leave me. I-I want to go back".

She cried as he continued to admire her futile struggles. His finger wiped away the tears and trailed her outline of her face, finding her more beautiful while she was crying. He didn't know that she would be beautiful even when she cried.

She was still struggling when his lips crashed on hers strongly and her punches on him grew. She made mewled sounds in protest and kept on punching him as he devourrd her. Eventually, he got the chance to enter her mouth and he sucked her tongue. Her struggles died down as she  gave up punching him. But her body was jerking with sobs and hiccups. His hands ran over her body and he slowly parted away from her, still holding her in his arms. She looked up at him with her pleading eyes and asked him.

"Please.... leave me..... I want to go back". He shook his head with zero expressions on his face.

"I already said that I will never let you go lyubov'". (Love).

Still trapped in his arms she looked up at him with her beady eyes.

"P-please". She begged and the next thing his hand reached into his pocket and she followed his hand. Her eyes gaped at him when he took out a familiar cloth from his pocket and her struggles grew more wild. She began to trash in his hold with her hands on his shoulders and pulling away herself from him but his hand on her waist is restricting her to move back.

"N-no. No. Please. Please don't". She doesn't want to get unconscious again. What if she loses the chance to escape again? And she cannot trust him anymore. She struggled more and more but he shoved the cloth in her face to the nose and she stopped her breathing.

"It's okay malysh-ka (babygirl). Just breathe. Just breathe. It's gonna be fine". He cooed at her and she felt disgusted at how sweetly he is confronting her. More tears ran down from her eyes and suddenly she had to take a large gulp of breath. She tried to struggle and not lose consciousness but at last, she fell limp in his hold. He carried her in his arms and whispered.

"Ty nikuda ne idesh', no ty doma, detka. I ty dolzhen zabyt' svoy staryy dom".

(You are going no where but you're home baby. And you have to forget your old home. ).

A tray of tea was set on the tea pie as a slender hand took the cups out of the tray and passed it to her aunt and uncle. They accepted it. She snapped her eyes at him as she looked at him suspiciously and then at her aunt who was sipping her tea. Averting her eyes to the tray she took one cup for herself and leaned back. "What is the purpose of your visit here"? Adhira asked her aunt and now there is the undivided attention of her aunt on Adhira. " Should we have some purpose "?Her aunt tilted her neck to the shoulder with her brows raised in a questioning manner. Adhira kept her expressions nonchalant to keep her cool. "I guess yes. After all, you got to know my address out of nowhere. Who gave you my address". Adhira kept her tone and voice in check but there was bitterness in the back of her throat. Her whole relatives whom she invited knew that the string between Adhira and her aunt's was a molten thin line. Despite that, someone had given her address. But it is hard for th

He was sent to their room by Adhira to make a call to their grandmother to inform her that they weren't visiting as her aunt came to visit them. "First of all, don't try to be my parent's aunt. I haven't done anything. And neither do I want you to disturb my neighborhood. Please keep your voices low". " Now you will be the one telling us. Remember the days when I used to bring gifts for you. The days when I used to take the park. The days I used to buy snacks. And this is how you behave with us". " Oh really". She spoke in disbelief as she got up from her seat. "I remember the days I got beaten for simple mistakes. I remember those days when you threw away my clothes. • Her Deceiver    Chapter 34

As I stepped into the garden, the warmth of the sunlight fell upon my face, a sharp contrast to the icy grip of my captivity. My heart, however, refused to thaw, clenched tight with anger and disbelief. "I thought kidnapped victims didn’t get to see sunlight or roam freely".I heard his low chuckle, a sound that sent shivers down my spine, and turned to look at him. He stood a few feet away, his sharp jawline accentuated by the golden rays of the sun. Somehow, the sunlight here seemed different, as if Russia itself had conspired to make him glow under its embrace. His piercing gaze met mine, and his lips curved into an almost imperceptible smile—a dangerous, calculated gesture that only deepened my frustration. "You’re not a prisoner here," he said, his voice calm yet firm, carrying the weight of his power. "And you’re not free either. You’re with me." The statement lingered in the air, heavy with meaning. My mind raced, grappling with the contradictions. Should I marvel at his

I swallowed hard, my mouth dry, the terror coursing through me making it impossible to think clearly. There was no way out of this. I had to do what he said, no matter how much it hurt, no matter how much I wanted to throw it all back up.With shaking hands, I picked up the spoon again and forced another bite into my mouth, my eyes stinging with unshed tears. Each chew felt like a battle, and every time I swallowed, it felt like I was choking on glass. But I kept going, bite after agonizing bite, because there was no other option. Not while he stood there, gun in hand, watching my every move. After what felt like hours, I finally scraped the last bit of food off the plate and shoved it into my mouth. I could barely taste it anymore; everything felt numb. I set the spoon down shakily, my body trembling from the strain, and dared a glance up at him."It’s done."I muttered, my voice weak and broken. He didn’t respond right away, just stared at the empty plate for a long moment, as if d

  • Her Deceiver    Chapter 32

My hands trembled as I clamped them tightly over my ears, but it did little to muffle the sharp, deafening sound that seemed to echo in my head. The relentless gunfire rang in my ears, making my heart pound against my ribcage. I thought the nightmare was over, but the momentary silence broke when I saw him reload his rifle, his movements slow and deliberate, like a predator savoring its prey. Panic surged through me again as I squeezed my eyes shut and screamed in helpless terror, my hands pressing harder against my ears. I didn’t know what else to do—there was no escape. After what felt like an eternity, the gunshots stopped, leaving my ears buzzing, a strange numbness spreading through my body. I couldn’t hear anything anymore, not even the sound of my own breathing. It was as if I were floating, detached from reality. I wanted to lower my hands, to free my ears from the suffocating silence, but the fear of hearing that awful sound again kept them clamped in place.Slowly, I squinte

  • Her Deceiver    Chapter 31

Her vision cleared as the tears cascaded down her cheeks, blurring the bold letters that confirmed her worst fear—she was married to him. The date on the paper was unmistakable. It was the same day as their wedding, the day she thought had been filled with genuine love. Realization hit her like a ton of bricks as she looked up at him, her eyes wide with disbelief. He had made her sign these papers along with their marriage documents. He had deceived her again. Her shock quickly morphed into anger as she tore the papers in her hand, her eyes blazing with a mixture of rage and hurt as she looked at him. "How much have you lied to me? How much have you truly deceived me?" she demanded, her voice trembling with the intensity of her emotions. He responded with a nonchalant shrug, his voice devoid of any remorse. "So much... to the extent that the papers you just tore aren't even the originals. They're just xerox copies." His words were like salt on an open wound. In a blind fury, she

  • Her Deceiver    Chapter 30

The room was dark with a dim light enough visible to figure out silhouettes but not see the objects. She was tucked under the fluffy cotton-like blanket giving her warmth from the AC. In the dark room, lazy footsteps echoed as he walked to the tufted chair and sat down staring at her while swirling the glass of wine. Sipping the drink he rested his hands on the armchair as he leaned back crossing his leg on the other. His eyes took in her soft hair and made a curled art on the white duet while her tired face gave out the tiredness. A tinge of guilt hit him thinking she didn't eat anything for pretty good hours. But that is not the only thing he has on his plate. There is this larger thing to deal with. She was scared of him. She is scared like hell. And he guessed his behavior didn't help her. Maybe he should go easy on her and be submissive to her. After all, the mistake is his. But just by the thought, the submissive felt gross. He cannot be submissive. That isn't in his blood.

Lazily strolling to the chair he placed his foot on the chair and put his hand on his knee as he took out the lighter and leaned his head forward litting the cigarette. Taking a sharp intake he blew out the smoke as he looked at his prey through his smoke. "You think you can double cross Arcy's"? " Arcy's. Who the fuck are you? Infants don't get to talk little boy. Do you know how many years we ruled the underworld? "Oh really? It must be a hard blast on your ego to get killed by an infant". The man's jaw hardened as he glared deadly at Andrey. "You people are no one. No one to Blasscaid's but yet you are revolting and I wonder why"?"Why is that"?He looked up from his foot directing his question to his prey as he looked at him lazily. "That doesn't matter to you. And you expect me to answer your questions just like that". He said with a calm tone. And when you cared for me and bared all my silly tantrums I felt harder.......that you have to pick me up now when I confess you". Once again all the dresses were sprawled on the bed as the suitcases laid open on the ground as she took out more piled-up clothes. "Andrey. Where's my black dress". "In the bag". "Where's the bag"?"In your cupboard tupoy ". (Dumb). " Aww. Was that a new endearment for me". " Yeah". He said and began to put his shirts and pants along with a few casual t-shirts in his suitcase just when two neatly folded flowery-floral print t-shirts joined them in the suitcase. He looked up at her and pointed out the pair of floral shirt. "What's this. I never saw you buying this pair for yourself". She grinned at him. "It's for you". Giving her a glare he simply took that pair and tossed it out. "That's not for me. I'm not going to wear it". He stated as he began to put his razor and shaving kit when again those flowery pairs of shirts were shoved in his luggage. "Yes. You are wearing them. We are supposed to go to the beach. Are you going to wear a formal shirt and pants there. No".
