Mercedes sat in her hotel suite, agitated, her gaze darting around the room, eventually settling on Sedar's personal bodyguards.
She felt as if she was having an out-of-body experience as if she were a character in Will Smith's 'Men In Black' film. As she drummed her fingers along the armrest of the chair she was occupying, she hoped they would whip out their small memory erasing device and use it on her.
Deep within, she was screaming in agony; the longer she sat stationary in her chair, the faster her mind ticked, shattering her heart and her throat throbbed as she fought back tears.
She jumped to her feet as the door jerked open, and she stood there watching as Ezekiel and Zeynep walked through. Her head bobbed to one side as she waited for Sedar to appear; when he didn't, her heart lurched into her stomach as she wanted to stomp her foot and throw a fit.
"Where's Sedar gone?" She inquired, attempting to keep her words free of annoyance.

Sedar sat upright in bed, his back against the headboard, watching the sunrise through the hotel suite's large window. He rubbed his hand across his face, yawning, and lowered his gaze to the woman who simultaneously makes his blood boil and his heart skip a beat. Sedar returned to the jeep, opening the boot, and drew out an air compressed bag containing a new shirt. He pulled the piece of clothing over his shoulders and buttoned it up after removing his damaged one. He stuffed the ripped garment into the boot and cleaned himself as best as he could with a little packet of cleansing wipes he kept in his travelling bag. He secretly praised the Gods that Zeynep made it by the skin of her teeth as he furiously cussed out his büyük baba. He slammed the boot and took one final glimpse at the car wreckage the emergency services were containing and slowly rolled his aching shoulders back. He was experiencing a wide range of emotions, and his head was pounding from a growing migraine. He had no idea that his büyük baba was a deranged nut with a posse of goons working for him, and it made him wonder what kind of life his büyük baba led before his baba died. Or, why was he willing to kill his bloodline to get his hands on Sedars legacy?
