Chapter 126

Marcus took Anna to town. He already had it in mind that he was going to spoil her and make sure she had a memorable day before the dinner party.

They chatted all the way to the restaurant Marcus had in mind for them. He pointed out some popular places, and they cracked jokes together and bought some roadside snacks before getting to their destination.

He packed the car when they finally got to the restaurant he had in mind, it was an Italian restaurant.

He opened the car and led her into the vast looking restaurant. He led her straight to the VIP section and they chose a table with a view of the city from the glass window.

A waiter approached them and welcomed them to the restaurant. He asked for their order but Anna requested to see the menu.

The waiter handed it to her and she went through it.

"Risotto, pizzas, pasta, seafood, polenta and cured meat, coffee, and famous tipples," she read out even as she didn't understand any of the meals written there.

"Which do we go for?" She ask
