Chapter 124

Amanda went to the kitchen to prepare a quick meal for Eric leaving him alone in the room. She was grateful that the sickness wasn't as serious as she had thought it would be. She happily went about preparing the meal in the kitchen.

She knew she had to be fast about it, she had earlier asked if he had had anything to eat but he said he hadn't had anything since morning.

It made her worried and she felt like scolding him but she held back because she didn't want to blame him for it.

She knew that he wasn't the type to stay hungry when he had enough. The sickness might have made him lose the appetite he needed to eat something.

They opened the boiling noodles in the saucepan and inhaled their aroma. She was making one of her favorite foods for him and she felt very excited about it.
