Chapter 102

Amanda and Gabriel left safely for his place. He welcomed her in and then proceeded to show her the guest room where she would be staying for the night.

After Amanda settled in late into the night. She came downstairs to join Gabriel in the living room, she met him drinking alone while staring at nothing. She smiled and tiptoed towards him. She snatched the glass of wine and drank all of it.

Gabriel looked up at her with a frown on his face.

"Why did you do that?" He asked her, pretending to be angry. Amanda only laughed because she knew that he wasn't angry and was just pretending to be.

"Oh about that, do you have to ask your guest when he or she looks like they are interested in drinking with you?" Amanda asked him.

"You just snatched my drink, you didn't look like you wanted to drink with me. You would have taken a glass and poured some for yourself if you really wanted to have a drink with me," Gabriel said and looked up at her smiling, pretty face.
