Chapter 107

The next morning, Amanda prepared to leave for Gabriel's place again. That was the only place she feels and sees as home. She did not think about the incident that happened earlier nor cared about it when she remembered because she felt it was an accident which Gabriel confirmed and had also apologized for.

She picked up a few things as she would stay over for just two days before returning to her apartment. She made sure she made breakfast that morning as she didn't know if Gabriel would be around or not and settled down to eat it.

Meanwhile, Eric had been thinking about everything going on between Amanda and Gabriel and how Amanda easily trusts Gabriel so much that she was so free with him while in return he was suspicious of Gabriel and wasn't finding him genuine towards Amanda.

He was so disturbed about it that he was lacking concentration in whatever he did. He didn't know when he cut his hand with the table knife while eating and also broke a glass while trying to drink water.
