38 Full Moon

We ran fast, my wolf keeping up with Duncan’s, and I could feel the others following. It was such an amazing feeling.

The speed and the cool breeze made me feel free, but the closeness of the others also gave me a sense of belonging. Marissa’s honey-colored wolf nudged me, and I sprinted to race her.

We ran far enough to get close to the borders, and I could hear the howls of our patrols as we passed by. We nearly got around the whole territory when the others started falling behind, and they left us alone with Duncan.

We were fooling around, and I didn't even realize where we headed, till we got to the clearing, and I saw the lights of the Silver Lake.

His wolf suddenly pushed mine to the ground, and we were soon wrestling in the grass. He got above me, and I was struggling under him, not ready to give up just yet, but he gently bit me to stay still and shifted.

I did the same, and we were now lying in the grass, his naked body against mine. His skin was hot, but the air was getting
