The dream

Seraphine was in a pale green dress. Sitting on the bed, she read through the book in her hand. There was no interest in those dull orbs of hers. It was as if she was reading the book for simply passing time.

Her features were sickly, and her eyes were swollen. It appeared that she was completely out of life and tired. Although her appearance on the outside was fairly calm, nervousness was gnawing at her insides. The anxiety made it hard for her to breathe, and for instances, she wanted to stop breathing. She was exhausted living.

It was tough for her to carry on, and every day, her will to carry on was only diminishing. What’s the use of leading such a life? There was no advantage that came with it. Ending it was definitely the better option.
