Three days later.

Thomas, Caleb, and Melanie had all regained consciousness.

The news reached Tamara when she visited Jonathan and Cheryl while Sebastian conversed with Jason in the next room.

The two immediately rushed to the ICU. The three children would have to be put through a full-body checkup.

When they arrived, the children were already undergoing the procedures.

Two hours later, the children were done with their checkups and were bought into a regular ward.

“Thomas! Caleb! Melanie!” Tamara and Sebastian waited outside the entire time. They rushed over when they saw their children. Tamara hugged them close.

“Mommy…” Thomas was the first to speak. His voice was raw, and he looked pale. “Don’t cry, Mommy. I’m fine.”

Not only was Thomas the liveliest of the bunch, but he was also the gentlest of them. He immediately comforted his mother when he saw her cry.
