Chapter 750 Proposal

The doctor had a grim look on their face. “We can only hope for the best.”

Margot stumbled back. She shut her eyes tightly and muttered, “I understand. Thank you, doctor.”

The doctor left the trio.

Benjamin was brought out of the operating room after. He looked pale and was still unconscious.

Margot stared at him and said suddenly. “How long are you planning to worry me, Benjamin? What am I supposed to do if you die?”

Tamara immediately held Margot’s arm. “It will be fine, Margot. Don’t worry. We already have the cure. Now, all we need to do is wait for his condition to stabilize and use the cure. He’s going to be fine.”

Margot forced a smile. “How could I not worry about him, Tammy?”

Benjamin was taken to the intensive care unit. He needed to be kept under close surveillance for the next 24 hours. The three stood in front of the door, watching it close slowly in front of them.

Tears rolled down Margot’s cheeks.
