“Margot!” sounded a familiar voice.

Tamara appeared out of nowhere and was smiling down at Margot.

Margot ran over and hugged her. “Tammy! I knew it was you…”

Tamara gave Margot a comforting pat to calm her down. “I’m here and will always be right where you need me. How could you be so dumb, Margot? Even if you don’t want to trouble others, I’ll always have your back. I was worried, Margot.”

Margot tightened the hug and nodded. “I know now. I’m sorry.”

Tamara giggled, “I’m glad you’re okay. But don’t ever do that again, you hear me?”

“I won’t!” Margot nodded.

She’d lived in constant fear, especially since learning of her execution three days ago.

Whenever Margot thought of her impending doom, she would think of her days with Tamara and Benjamin…
