When Tamara saw this, the corners of her mouth twitched.

“What is this, Uncle Jon?” Tamara sighed helplessly at her uncle.

Jonathan chuckled. “It’s to celebrate you and Melly being discharged from the hospital. Of course, we have to make it a little more festive than normal.”

Tamara sighed again. She held Melanie’s hand and led her to the limousine.

The long queue of vehicles left the hospital, and the place returned to its peaceful state.

“Hello, Grandma Moore!” Melanie greeted politely after she entered the Moore manor.

Old Mrs. Moore observed the beautiful girl and exclaimed dreamily, “You look just like Tammy’s mom, Melly.”

Tamara paused before giggling at this.

That was true. Melly did look identical to her mother. Tamara would even go as far as to say Melanie looked more identical to her mother than she did.
